Some of you will want to read portions of Romney’s speech before he delivers it; some will not.
For those that do, the excerpts that have been released by the Romney campaign are below:
I wish President Obama had succeeded because I want America to succeed. But his promises gave way to disappointment and division. This isn’t something we have to accept. Now is the moment when we CAN do something. With your help we will do something.
Now is the moment when we can stand up and say, “I’m an American. I make my destiny. And we deserve better! My children deserve better! My family deserves better. My country deserves better!”

But Romney is running for president and it makes sense for him to attack Obama over his stated goals rather than his unstated ones as Rush did, even if Obama’s heart was really in the unstated ones (e.g. to turn America into a soft socialist Euroboob welfare state).

I’m gong to watch Romney’s speech and I despise him and will not vote for him and he illegally violated party rules to take over the Republican Party. The name of that party now, is, “Bain 2 Party”.
I think Romney, aided by a GOP Congress, probably does more long term damage to America than a second term Obama, opposed by a GOP Congress.

Like most of us, you were unaware of it happening, unaware of current Republican Congressional Leaders playing a key roles, implementing the Socialization of America right under our noses. None of us knew until it was too late.
As devastating as the above incidents are to America, and especially the TEA Party movement, they are but a tiny, tiny preview of what 4 years of Romney is going to do to our Conservative movement.
Obama isn’t going to have the friendly Congress that Romney will, and even when he tries to implement the very same Socialized laws and regulations that Romney would, he’s going to meet enemy fire.
With Romney, the Conservative movement is going to go down from ‘friendly’ fire.
Bottom line if Mitt can't close the deal in November it want be his lack of conservative votes it will be totally on Mitt's ineptitude in running his campaign for president, his character, and nothing else.
Tell us Mitt if BO had been successful then what?: You would be at the DNC convention cheering him on? Well there you go all you Mitt people that say Romney is not Obama. I guess there is proof in his own words now and not just his stance on the issues he supports.
The party should be called liberal lite.
Romney set out to destroy the conservative candidates with lies and distortions, yet he will give Obama credit for trying - vomit.
That would only happen if Obama were a conservative, since he is not Romney wont.
