Link those two in the minds of citizens. Our manufacturing base is gone. Military budgets are due for slashing. Taxes are about to become more burdensome to the few lucky enough to be working. Economic woes and Administration policy have demoralized the citizenry and destroyed the "seed corn" or "engine" of a recovery.
"Peace through strength," and "America, the exceptional bastion of liberty" have been replaced by "We're all in this together, so let's enjoy equality in misery," and "We've been arrogant as a nation."
Mr. President, "national security" is not your strong "suit" either. As a matter of fact, do you remember the old story about the "emperor" who had not "clothes"?
Oh boy! Do we get to see him do a John Kerry 2004 limp wristed salute and say "Barack Obama reporting for duty!"?
But.....I thought the whole DNC convention was supposed to be about abortion and vaginas!!
The two hour Islamic Jumah-fest is plenty evidence of Obama-ized ‘national security’ .
This is such a loser issue. Obama is done. The economy is in tatters and our national debt is about to hit $16 billion. This is not a foreign policy election.
But I guess killing Osama is all they got when they can’t run on the economy.

I hope he plays films of the most recent Non-Aligned summit in Tehran. That’s the best summary of Obama’s competency I can think of.

This administration through its leaking of sensitive information and how such information is obtained, including allowing undercover informants to be outed and then captured (which will cause others who may wish to help us in the future think twice before doing so) has caused severe damage to our national security...laughable they would make that the theme...I guess this will be the latest sham because he can’t talk about the economy...but his record on national security is certainly no better.
