The sad part of this, it shows you what a pathetic state conservatism is in. This never even would have been argued before. Have you ever heard of Ronald Reagan? He would never have said such things, and he would not have tolerated from his staff and supporters. Maybe they can attack Reagan now.

I have been on FR for over 10 years and people know me. I cant apologize for being a Reagan Republican, no matter how much you dislike it. Ive posted 14,729 threads and 26,804 replies. You can go back and read em all.
Doesn't mean a thing. John Walker spent 30 years in the Navy and was then discovered to be spying for the damn Soviets in the greatest betrayal in Naval history.
Just a wake up call Nick.

There are two teams, Obama and conservatives. I ask Romney to pick one.

LOOK AT THIS,IT WILL BLOW YOUR SOCKS OFF!!!!!
Obama Admits Birthplace
Scroll all the way down and watch the video, It is Obama after he became a Senator. How come it never came out before now.
Obama admits not being born in Hawaii ...Speech apparently made just after his election to the US Senate.
Can one doubt HIS OWN ADMISSION? Where is Sixty Minutes?
Obama is actually on this video admitting he was not born in Hawaii but was born in Kenya and is not even a citizen.
Obviously he made these statements because he did not know at that time that a president must be a “natural born” citizen.. OOOPS!
Circulate this before they yank it from the internet.
Will some one tell me why this guy is not being impeached??
If you just watch the first 30 seconds your mouth will drop open.
Obama admits he is not a citizen
Hmmm.... Maybe the “birthers” are on to something....
THE AMAZING PART OF THIS TRAVESTY IS AMERICANS CONTINUE ALLOWING THEMSELVES TO BE RULED BY AN ILLEGAL ALIEN.

His first speech is apparently just after his election to the US Senate.

Romney chose Paul Ryan as his Vice Presidential candidate. He made his pick and it was conservative. Now either get with the team or STFU.

Both, Barack and Mitt are prone to saying things that they will regret, later. If, only, both of them could lose to an actual, decent conservative candidate, instead!

That is truly the most inane thing I've seen posted here in months, and that's saying something. Mitt Romney chose Paul Ryan, who is Barack Obama’s running mate? Do you think Mitt Romney hates this country? Barack Obama does! Do you think Mitt Romney detests capitalism, the same capitalism that earned him $300 Million or more? Barack Obama does! Do you believe that Mitt Romney would stop Israel from defending itself or stand aside while Israel is destroyed? Barack Hussein Obama would! Do you think that Mitt Romney would raise taxes and impose more red tape and restrictions on job creators, thus stalling the economy? Barack Obama already has. Do you feel that Mitt Romney wants to destroy the oil, coal and gas industries in the USA, thus putting us in the thrall of Islamic potentates who wish us to become Muslims? Barack Hussein Obama is well on the way to doing so. Do you really believe that Mitt Romney would unilaterally disarm the United States like Barack Obama is doing RIGHT NOW? I could go on for hours. Ive never had any love for Governor Romney, but when the choice comes down to either him or Barack Hussein Obama, a man dead-set on destroying my country, the country of my birth and whose uniform I proudly wore, there is no contest. And that is the choice. No third party or write-in candidate is going to be sworn in next January. As a disabled veteran and someone who worked for President Reagan, I ask that you prayerfully consider your position vis a vis the coming election and do what reason and faith tells you is the right thing for the United States of America. Thank you.

That vid has been out for awhile and has been totally discredited. BTW, Nick I understand your point and I think it’s valid.

I have never seen a FReeper call Ryan a conservative before he was named a VP. All I am asking is for him to reject Romneycare. He’s doubling down on it. Big mistake. He’s the one you should be mad at. He’s rejecting the 2010 election winning coalition. He’s the one who is rejecting those voters.
To: mkjessup
So you are now excusing me of being a Soviet spy? And insulting the Navy. Just because I go by Reagan. Don’t worry, I’ve been insulted for that before. Still and all, becoming a leftist to fight leftists won’t be a victory in the end.

Hi Nick :)
I'm not sure I understand the Reagan point. We are just some Freepers posting on a board to each other. As far as I know none of us are political candidates! And though I DO respect the Ol’ Gipper very much I have never found myself asking, “What would Ronnie post to this thread?”.
Respect is awesome when deserved! But I'm not interested in censuring myself to preserve Obama’s mother's dubious honor at this time.
However, I respect your desire to do so!

No you dummy, I'm pointing out that the time someone spends in an organization, be it the Navy or Free Republic is no guarantor or indicator of their absolute fealty to said organization. You trot out your time on FR, the number of posts you've made, etc., and expect everyone to bow down? GTF out, it ain't happenin'.
And insulting the Navy.
How did I insult the Navy? I cited the TRUTH, which is that John Walker was in the Navy for 30 years and ended up being a traitor. You seem to have a problem with truth. You only want to hear polite and convenient truth. Guess what? Truth is truth, you don't get to pick your own truth.
Just because I go by Reagan. Dont worry, Ive been insulted for that before. Still and all, becoming a leftist to fight leftists wont be a victory in the end.
Nobody is insulting you for supporting Reagan, every sane conservative does that. But don't think that hiding behind Reagan's name is going to immunize you from having to deal with the truth. Manners and etiquette be damned man, we're talking about the survival of our Nation. Give your head a damn shake.

I would ask you or the president himself to tell us where he spent the first year of his life. That's pointless.
The issue is his fraudulent birth certificate, not where he spent the first year of his life.
The issue is that his father, as listed on that fraudulent birth certificate, was an alien and not a Citizen, not where he spent the first year of his life.
The issue is he isn't a natural born citizen, not where he spent the first year of his life.
IMO Romney will be mocked incessantly by those who have actually learned about this issue if he follows the advice given here.

All I ask is that Romney reject Romneycare and say it's wrong. That's the least head could do, and frankly Obama and his team must not believe their luck that he refuses to attack them where they are most vulnerable. But Romney would rather stick it to the base. Don't know why. I know Romney will raise taxes and increase regulations. I know all the other bad things Romney will do. But if he can't even come out against this healthcare, he probably isn't even trying to win.

So who are you voting for Nick? Let’s cut to the chase: who gets your vote on November 6th?

"Lastly, if tomorrow morning you woke up and found out everything that you thought about Obama's mother, was actually true about Romney's mother, would you switch your vote?" You cannot be serious. Okay, admittedly I don't have 14,729 posts to my credit, but I have read that many or more comments in my time here, and I have to say that that line ranks among the very most inane I have ever run across at FR.
If there were a revelation like that it would make me first of all double-check what planet I'm on. Once that was confirmed, I would question every single positive notion I had ever held (few though they may be) about Romney, or any candidate for that matter.
For a candidate that everyone, everywhere knows has had plenty of controversy surrounding their origins such as "Obama" has, such information would, if proven true, be more than damaging to the campaign. It would be positively cataclysmic.
Here's a bunny.

So answer this: If tomorrow you found out that what you said about Obama's mother was true about Romney's mother and not Obama's, would you switch your vote. If you answered anything else but "yes" then your attack was irrelevant.
Do you actually think insulting his mother is going to convince one additional vote against Obama? No, but you might convince some people that they should vote for him. Is that your intention?
To: Flotsam_Jetsome; 2ndDivisionVet; mkjessup
The funny thing is, who here is trying to get Obama to lose the election? The thing that is mostly likely to get Obama focusing on the economy nonstop. That’s the worst thing for Obama. But you guys all want to focus on anything but the economy or the issues. Do you really want to get Obama out of office, or you want to prove something? Because if you want Obama out of the White House, give up all the nonsense and focus on the economy. You are dead wrong thinking you can Howard Stern Romney into the White House. That won’t work.
To: philman_36
He was in Washington state in September after he was born in August. People remember Anne and Barack from that time.
The chance he was born in Kenya is almost nil because his mother and “father” weren’t together when Barack was born. That’s why Anne was in Washington in September.
