Today, on Fox News Sunday:

I will repeat what I said, there is nothing that Romney does that contradicts mormonism.
He believes it, he lives it to the fullest.
You are incorrect if you feel Romney does not beleive mormonism with every fiber of his being.
“God Bless You Stpio
I am sorry If I was short with you, but earthly things are earthly things.”

Thanks, do not worry. I am not the best at expressing
myself. I am passionate~!! There are some wonderful writers at FR.
mormons can individually be nice people, as any people group can be.
Because they (mormonism) teach that they earn salvation, they must be nice to work towards this lds salvation.
Based on what? And am I wrong that Mormons are pro-life?
Romney give huge amount only to the SLC lds corporation.
There have been many stories posted on FR the past few days about Romney helping people and every person or family has been mormon.
Neither of those items in and of themselves is wrong, however don’t make him out to be someone he is not.
You just can't say that about a man that was the equivalent of a Catholic Bishop, who is the son of another Bishop, a man who sought the personal permission of his holy Prophet, before he started his run for president.
A man who is among roughly 15-20% of the most devoted, and devout Mormons, the Mormons that are literally interviewed and tested for that status every two years, and who carry ID, which expires annually, guaranteeing that they are that devout, they are the only Mormons allowed into those secretive, Mormon Temples.
Mitt Romney has personally EXCOMMUNICATED Mormons for lack of Mormon devotion, it was his job as their religious leader. Mormonism is Mitt's entire life.
And Dukakis is going to sting you when you’re in midstream, even if he goes down with the ship.
Individual mormons maybe pro-life, mormonism is not pro-life.
Conform or be cast out...

Yep
It is a shame that people on both sides of this feel a need to bludgeon or demean opposite opinions. There is heartfelt honesty in the beliefs of both.
From my point of view, I cannot accept the illogic of trying to equate voting for Mittens as equivalent to voting for Obama. To me, that is simply intellectually dishonest. Romeny has stated he will repeal Obamacare, obviously Obama will not. Romney’s choices for the Supreme Court will undoubtedly be more conservative than any Obama would nominate.
I love our country and I cannot in good conscience risk allowing Obama four more years to damage this country further. I have to hope that a conservative congress will hold Romney in csheck in a way they will not be able to do with Obama holding the executive branch and abusing executive privilege, as he has demonstarted time and again that he will abuse the power of the office.
I cannot force my beliefs on others, they are mine and I must do what my conscience and love of this country dictate my actions need to be.
I am sure you feel your actions are grounded on the same basis, and while I disagree, I can respect your opinion.
And nowhere in that is the sense that the state can force individual citizens to purchase a service if they want to LIVE in the state.
Romney has said he will repeal and replace obamaCare, his advisers say he will not.
Romney did not appoint conservative judges as governor, why would you think he would as president?
Conservatives in congress are outnumbered by liberal Republicans, who is going to hold Romney’s feet to the fire?
The liberals?
LOL, 50 percent of their healthcare costs MA shifted to the federal government. He also balanced that budget by raising “not-taxes” by millions, leaving the state in the dumps as far as business growth is concerned. Today they’re now trying price controls to keep health care prices down since they are still going higher and higher.
Mittens did not keep one promise for his state!

Yes.
Governor Mitt Romney: "Im proud of my faith. There is nothing I distance myself from. There are Mormons in the leadership of my Church who are pro-choice, and they do not violate that. You're not a lawyer, but you have to read that a little bit more carefully."
By the way, people forget that Mitt Romney IS a lawyer.
“I Bush is a good Christian, and still does good works. Carter was a good christian and still does good works. I am not a Mormon and know that there are theological problems with Mormonism. I am not electing a theologian, I am trying to elect the best person who has the best chance to help straighten America out. Romney has repeatedly helped people in need and those in bad positions. Romney gives Hugh amounts of money to charities, married to one wife, runs his house hold well and no sexual scandals. It is like Krauthamer said, Romney doesn’t have any skeletons in his closet, he doesn’t even have a closet

Thank you for your kindly reply. The core problem just like Obama is Romney’s record comes from him not being Christian.
If he left Mormonism, found Christ, there might be hope. He needs God’s grace. No one applauds their own mother for her promoting and rallying for abortion. Who can forget such a thing?
Romney pretends to be for life, his real beliefs are in front of us again, Mitt is being called on them and won’t let go of the exceptions, it’s okay to kill a baby who is conceived by rape or incest.
