Maybe YOU can look yourself in the mirror if that clown Romney gets elected and nothing actually changes, but I can’t. I care too much about how to spend my time than in taking part in an activity that will render the same, futile result. It is a tale, full of sound and fury, signifying absolutely nothing, and you assuage your own self-righteous sense of philosophical purity by pretending something will come of it.
Clue time. Neither party is serious about the deficit or even has a legitimate plan to deal with it. The Republicans are now running on a platform of maintaining the ponzi-scheme known as social security and medicare, and have totally embraced the “good parts” of ObamaCare that have led to financial collapse of the healthcare system in MA to such a degree they now impose controls over pricing. They are proposing “fixes” that are gimmicky, full of “conservative” promises but don’t even accomplish what they claim, and then they expect your worship and adoration.

Obamacare is not Constitutional. Nowhere in the Federal Constitution is the Federal Government given the power to establish a health plan - NOWHERE.
But the Tenth Amendment CLEARLY states that whatever powers are not specifically delegated to the Federal Government are retained by the people and the states.

Based on what is it unconstitutional? Have you read in the Constitution about the Supreme Court? They said it was Constitutional. Where in the Constitution does it say you have the right to overrule them about what's Constitutional. Can you post your citation? Please, it would help.
If you can claim that federal Romneycare is unconstitutional, then I can claim state Romneycare is unconstitutional. Your whole argument is built on sham. Romney has no standing of backing up is claims. It's just a bunch of malarkey.
One more reminder. Obamacare/federal romneycare IS Constitutional!!!! The Supreme Court said so. And can dispute that they are the body the Constitution itself gets to decide that?? Romney's Constitutional analysis is sham.

That would be plain idiotic. It’s likely part of a strategy that will help keep Romney on the offensive instead of being on the defensive regarding RomneyCare.
There is no danger that Romney could institute national health insurance. So it is a moot argument.
Do you believe in state’s rights? I am not a fan of Mittens, but claims that state level Romneycare (which if I lived in Massachusetts I would have voted against) and national level Obamacare are synonymous is intellectually dishonest. The residents of the state of Taxachusetts have the right to be stupid and support it and bear the consequences.
If two appointments to the Supreme Court would not be waiting for the next president, I could understand the intransigence towards voting for Romney, but to allow Obama to have two more selections for the Supreme Court will destroy this country, just look at his two choices so far, Sotomayor and Kagan, and the thought of Obama having two more choices should be abhorrent to your conservative beliefs. If you are intellectually honest, Mittens values are not even close Obama’s and would not champion the evil that Obama would seek to inflict on this country that we love.

So I guess you are going to keep asserting that it was constitutional for MA to do this, but won’t show me where in the MA constitution where they have a right to force millions of people to buy health insurance.
That’s really the answer to look for, because if you claim “anything goes” for the states, then you are basically saying you are okay if a state imposes full blown communism, provided they maintain a Republican “form” of government as required by the U.S. constitution.
I for one feel sorry for those poor fools who bought Mitt Romney’s and the DNC’s and the DSA’s lies about what RomneyCare would accomplish and do.
