President Barack Obama recently signed an executive order hiring race-sensitive bureaucrats to hold meetings and mandate racial discipline quotas.
The order charges his new racial justice team, in part, with "promoting a positive school climate that does not rely on methods that result in disparate use of disciplinary tools." In plain English, that means that if different races have different incidences of disciplinary action, those of a favored race who act worse will be punished less, or those of a disfavored race who act better will be punished more, or both. It's true that a higher percentage of black students than white students receive school discipline such as suspensions or expulsion. A recent, representative study of nearly half the country's school districts found that 17.3 percent of black students were suspended in 2009-10, whereas 4.7 percent of whites and 7.3 percent of Latinos were. Only 2.1 percent of Asians were suspended that year. The black graduation rate is 64 percent. For whites, it's 82 percent, and for Asians, it's 92 percent.

How many kids graduating from high school today could pass the GED? ( Just wondering) How many of their **TEACHERS** would fail it, especially the math section?
One of the problems homeschoolers face is the age restriction on taking the GED. When my children entered college at the ages of 13, 12, and 13, they were forbidden to take the GED because they were too young. State law required that they had to be at least 16. Well,...Without a GED they were barred from **all** scholarship aid.
There are many young people who are bright, motivated, and intelligent and are **languishing** in high school play pens simply to get the “official” high school diploma that will allow them to apply for scholarships and/or straight forward enrollment in the military.
By awarding an official high school diploma to a child of **any** age to who had passed the GED, or similar private exam, would empty the government schools of **thousands** of bright and motivated children. These children would be then free to attend college, start work, begin an apprenticeship, join the military **YEARS** ahead of those who choose to stay behind. The earnings over a lifetime for these children could easily be in the hundreds of thousands of dollars. And...each child that leaves the government schools early saves the taxpayer THOUSANDS of dollars!
Have you seen the movie, “Waiting for Superman”. In this documentary the following was made plain for all to see:
The communities don't make the schools bad.
The **SCHOOLS** make the communities bad!
Think about this, please. We now have at least THREE generations of citizens who have attended utterly godless government schools! Geeze! No wonder the culture is rotten and it will only get worse unless the godless government K-12 schools are shut down and we get as many young people out of college as possible. ( Charles Murray is right about college.)

Wintertime, you’re spot on. I think it all boils down to money the schools would lose. The exact words of the college recruiter, when seeing my 13 year old’s SAT scores, were “holy $h*!”
Why would any rational parent subject their tender and innocent children to this abuse is beyond my understanding.
Government schooling is literally at the point where it would be better for children to **never** attend! Even the worst case possibility is better than attending these abusive schools. Illiteracy and innumeracy can be fixed but the emotional damage done by this abuse often lasts and lifetime and can even have **eternal** spiritual consequences.
Why isn’t Obama trying the same thing for gender? Male students are disciplined at a far higher rate than female students. Why doesn’t Obama consider that to be a “problem” that needs to be “fixed”?
School seems to be the one thing able to completely shut down a child’s natural desire to learn...
Which is why the Hannitys and ORiellys have proven such useful idiots with their 'he means well' meme.
Ideas can be very powerful. Letting any child of any age take the GED, or similar private exam is a **good **idea. I hope is grow many big long and powerful legs.
And...It would save the taxpayers **BILLIONS*** and balance the budgets of many states.
Cost to the taxpayer: ABSOLUTELY FREE!!!!
By the way...The GED, or equivalent private exam, should be **REQUIRED** for any child to get and official high school diploma. There are far, far, far, too many illiterates and innumerates walking around with “High School Diploma” on their resumes.
And...I bet a very large percentage of **TEACHERS** would fail the GED, especially the math section. That's my bet.

So?...How much did the four extra years in kiddie prison (oops! government high school) cost you in lost wages? Hm?
A quarter MILLION up to a HALF MILLION is what an extra four years in the work place can earn an individual.
The lost time that discipline of minorities causes for them is a benefit to the rest of the students that want to learn.
People need to have a look at some of the textbooks being used in universities singling whites out as uniquely evil, denying our accomplishments, attributing them to others. Anytime a person has to lie to get a passing grade, there are shenanigans going on. And don't think you as a parent can counter the brainwashing if they're in government indoctrination centers-who will have them the most hours? Who will have the authority to determine their future if they don't toe the line? Kids are especially susceptible to peer pressure. Even if they're taught the truth at home, the combination of all these factors plus the repetitive constant nature of the indoctrination will undermine your efforts..
Because his efforts aren’t meant to address inequality, they’re yet one more means to lower everyone to the lowest common denominator on a racial basis, Obozo being anti-white.
