National Security Agency whistleblower William Binney explains how the secretive agency run its pervasive domestic spying apparatus...
Binneyone of the best mathematicians and code breakers in NSA historyworked for the Defense Department's foreign signals intelligence agency for 32 years before resigning in late 2001 because he "could not stay after the NSA began purposefully violating the Constitution."
In a short video called "The Program," Binney explains how the agency took part of one of the programs he built and started using it to spy on virtually every U.S. citizen without warrants under the code-name Stellar Wind.

Well, not all of them.
Some are still ambulatory and we lost accountability of them.
You do have odd deer near you, right?

(so, now I know why you're so busy down there in your basement!)

No odd deer, as I’m no longer in upstate NY or So. CA. Now in LA, as in the state.
I do, however, have an ‘odd dear’ around. LOL
To: nicmarlo; Salamander; null and void
Ah, so you don’t have to worry about the zombie deer yet.

Yes, it was discovered that deer will drink coffee under certain conditions.
And that they act odd afterwards.
Real odd.
They haven’t spread far since.

They arrested one of the squatters and wanted to search the basement where he was squatting. Hardly worth getting out of bed... I wonder if any of them were using the NSA for their info? LOL
To: nicmarlo; null and void; Salamander
Who knows.
They have several data collection centers that pretty much keep and store every bit of electronic correspondence ever to pass through the net since the datacenters went online.
Somebody’s been reading too much 1984 and saw it as a handbook of how to act..

"So that now I can pull your entire life together from all those domains and map it out and show your entire life over time," Binney says.Whoopty do, so can any 12 year old with half an hour to spare.

In 1998 when Clinton rescinded US export controls on cryptography my first thought was “Ah, sounds like NSA finally got their first quantum computer online”. We’ll probably not know for sure for another 50 years, but my guess is that’s not too far off the mark.

I drove right by that very amphitheater on my way to the NoVa Reptile Expo today.
I passed up that concert because there were going to be just too many people and if I’m not sitting closer than 3rd row center, I’m just not happy.

Eventually I embedded Tulls Thick As A Brick midi on the pages so they had to hear it every time they clicked. After that, they went away. TAAB had the Slim Whitman effect (Mars Attacks) on them? I imagine the midi version is pretty scary. Have you heard TAAB2?
