If Gosar feels that The Constitution cannot, or should not be upheld, then he should either step aside or be pushed aside!
"Your either with us, or against us".

Gosar should not have accepted his position in Congress the moment that he had to swear to defend and protect the Constitution.
Another critter who does not take his job seriously.

There have been numerous polls showing that the American people do not support the Bill of Rights for starters.
Very few people know anything about the constitution and do not understand it.
How many people have read it more than the once when forced to?
Americans clearly do not support the Constitution and haven’t for a long time.
Don’t shoot the messenger.

The SOB should resign immediately. It's irrelevant whether our dumbed-down electorate "supports" the Constitution or the Bill of Rights. The Constitution is the Supreme Law of the Land. Our representatives swear to support and defend it against all enemies.
What else matters?

I’m not a fan of the “Bill of Rights” myself. I believe that all rights exist, except to violate the rights of any other; and that providing a “list” allows the week minded to believe their rights derive from the government.

That’s some pretty “week” spelling BTW. I think I meant WEAK...

No, I think that some initially good folks lose their spine and become invertebrates once they move to Mombasa-on-the-Potomac and start enjoying all the goodies that come with the overpaid job.
Their egoes are fed on steroids.

He is either a
sunshine patriot or a
liar when he said:

To: OL Hickory
Rep. Gosar, it does not matter what you think. It doesn’t matter if it’s a losing battle. What matters is the oath you took. When you were sworn in, you swore to protect and defend the Constitution. If you are not doing that, then you need to resign immediately.

If you’re not man enough to fight for the Constitution, you are aiding and abetting the enemy by attempting to demoralize American citizens. You are not only failing at your job, you are a traitor to America and guilty of sedition.
