This vast increase in "the powers of prognostication" over the last few days has been simply incredible. I never knew so many people could predict the future.
I know it! What I am seeing is the local Tea Party organizers in Missouri are beginning to rally around in defense of Akin. (Maybe I'll post an article on that.) Boots on the ground do not seem to reflect what is spoken by the media (imagine that). I bet the locals in Missouri will be shocked to discover their candidate "can't win" as told by the national media. Missouri will do what's right for Missouri. I believe what's right for Missouri is to stand up for a staunch conservative primary winning nominee (emphasis on the staunch conservative part). It seems a few people on this forum prefer progressive liberals instead ...

Akin is a staunch idiot and is going nowhere now.

There is a "tipping point." The level where Missouri farm folk say ENOUGH! And rally to Akin's side. They HATE the east/west coast establishment telling them what to do. Problem is, we are short on time.
Akin is PCA. IMO, he's stayin'. Not saying I'm in favor of it, nor against it. Just sayin' he's stayin'...
