Hum, all agencies deny arresting him. Probably using Patriot Act indefinite detention provisions. Where is ACLU? Where are veteran groups?

Neither the SS or the FBI admits to having charged or arrested him; the local police department claims they are only “assisting” the FBI/SS - whoever. Yet, the man has been committed to a psychiatric ward for an indeterminate diagnosis. His crime? “Arrest some government officials” and the like. Comments one could arguably be considered far less caustic than made here on a wide number of topics.

No one in the article asks, or indicates just where the SS or the FBI got hold of the comments and connected them to Raub (the internee) or by what authority they did so.

Didn't the Soviets lock up "trouble makers" in psychiatric wards?

Wasn't this one of Stalin's modi operandi?

Note tagline.

How many others of los desaparecidos are there? How many will there be?

Note tagline. It is not merely the forgotten distant past. The recent past is every bit as enslaving. Those (who like me are) concerned about the horrors of slavery, in all its horrifying forms, would be wise to ponder this.

Hell,I'm calling...right here and now...for the arrest of Osama Obama,Plugs Biden and the entire Cabinet.any LEO who wants to arrest me need only PM me and I'll provide my name and address. Please note well that I wish no physical *harm* to come to any of those I wish to see arrested!

Either someone's made a big mistake here or else this guy's done more than just call for someone's *arrest*.Hell, weren't the Rat Marxists routinely calling for W to be arrested and sent to The Hague as a war criminal?

.....Raub said he does not own a gun.

After he is released from the hospital and goes home and the SWAT team raids his home and kills him, he will own a lot of guns and drugs, and everything else they "discover" inside.

Well duh, people think they are safe and hidden away while posting on the web, unless you are offshore, traveling cross country or possibly after using some clever cut-outs such as ISP spoofing.

First off if you really must get nasty against the Feds do it from a place where you cannot be traced from or they will come there and find you are not.

Its already gone into effect, infiltrate the conservative forums, the snipers forums, anything forum of the type that could or will be a threat to Obamas socialism and then take note of who the troublemakers are, and then send the goon squads out to “evict” them, detain them for mental purposes or find a way to have them involved in a terrorist attack like planting evidence upon them.

Foremost is to hammer into the publics eye and mind that these people are “bad’, or deranged.

Now it begins..............a lesson right out of the communist rule book...”if there is nothing else to arrest them for, cite they have mental problems and must be separated from society for the safety of others.”

We have already established regulations dealing with thought crimes, speech crimes, hate crimes and the list goes on and on and on.

We have truly morphed into early Russian communism.

He does sound like a kook, so a psychiatric ward may not be a bad place for him to spend a few days.

Why arrest the officials? Kafkaize them in a mental institution instead.

Yes, I have posted this reply several times.. there may be some who have not seen this. I personally think that it is germane and important. It's from the JFK/RFK years -- RFK makes Rahm Emanuel look like a choirboy.. from what I remember.

Gen. Walker "resigned his commission after being publicly and formally admonished by President John F. Kennedy (JFK). [Civilian, conservative activist and anti-communist Edwin Walker] was an attempted assassination target of Lee Harvey Oswald on April 10, 1963 . . . [Walker] was temporarily held in a mental institution on orders from President Kennedy's brother, Attorney General Robert F. Kennedy. RFK demanded that Walker receive a 90-day psychiatric examination. . . [but a] coalition of liberal and right-wing leaders [forced] Attorney General [Robert Kennedy] . . . to back down, and Walker spent only five days in the asylum . . . ."

I might add.. Walker's conservative and anti-communist views caught the wrath of that era's MSM and they published lie after lie about him including that he led violent attacks on blacks at a Mississippi university. Walker sued but the SCOTUS ruled the the wire service (AP I believe) simply made a mistake. I think that when General Walker reached his 80s the Congress granted him the retirement that he forfeited when he resigned his commission to fight against communism in the U.S.

Walker was a W.W.II special forces hero and Korean War vet. (He led the troops at Little Rock, Ark. under orders from President Eisenhower 1959, IIRC.)

My emphasis above.. if this Marine is being treated like JFK and RFK treated Edwin Walker we damn well better see to it that the Marine gets the same protection that Edwin Walker got. Even the ACLU helped Walker back then. Now?

You can bet they have many people reading this site every minute of the day (hello feds!) and they kNOW exactly who you are and where you are posting from. If they can spook around the world picking up little bits and pieces of info on our enemies, you can bet they know who we are here in the USA. Premiere Obama and his Politburo have all the executive orders ready too go. He wins, and the Soviet Amerika is born.
