Please take a moment to visit Romney's campaign suggestions page and say, "Thank you" for naming a natural born citizen as his running mate.

I was wondering if that point tipped the balance against Rubio...

Natural born citizen? Wow, our standards are getting pretty low these days if that’s seen as a huge bonus...

Good idea. I definitely say THANK YOU!!!

I was gearing up for a fight, but now I can let Romney talk me into using him to vote against obama.

Picking Ryan goes a long way to making that happen.

“Thank you” for naming a natural born citizen as his running mate.”

You got that right. I’m sick of hearing freepers rooting for that ineligible amnesty loving Rubio.

Are you absolutely sure Ryan was NOT born by Caesarian section?

I see the Boston Globe published Romney's report card

When are they planning to publish Obama/Soetoro's?

Agreed....Obma would have loved it as a diversion...and to validate his “illegal” presidency.

What Catholic Vote said about Paul Ryan yesterday:

Paul Ryan, Representative from Wisconsin's 1st District

Voted to amend the health care law so that no federal funds may be used to pay for any part of any healthcare plan that offers abortion coverage.

Voted for the Abortion Pain Bill and the Child Interstate Abortion Notification Act.

Voted to prohibit partial birth abortion.

Marriage
Voted for a resolution proposing a constitutional amendment that would define marriage as the union between one man and one woman.

Voted against repealing Don’t Ask Don’t Tell.

Religious liberty
Voted for the Religious Liberty Protection Act of 1999.

On the HHS mandate: “This is much, much bigger than about contraception. This is about religious freedom, First Amendment rights, and how this progressive philosophy of fungible rights of a living breathing constitution really clashes and collides with these core rights that we built our society and country around.”

Embryonic life
Voted against the Stem Cell Research Act of 2007, which would have required the Secretary of the Department of Health and Human Services to conduct and support research on embryonic stem cells.

What a relief! Romney is quite wise after all!
He wants to WIN! He knows his VP pick is vital.
Picking an ineligible Rubio (not a nbc!) who will be challenged by the conservatives will be a disaster for him - he will be attacked on both sides!
Romney appears to know he needs the conservatives, so he picks Ryan as the bridge to the conservatives.
Now watch those who won’t vote for Romney will be voting for Ryan.
I say Ryan is the ‘bridge to no-obama’!

Good job on his part.

If the nbC thing blows up before November at least there will not be the catch of a MAD pact in the background.

For those who are interested in furthering their education, The Federalist Blog has a very interesting and informative article that might either clear up confusion or at least promote further research.

It's Defining Natural-Born Citizen by P.A. Madison on November 18th, 2008.
