What Catholic Vote said about Paul Ryan yesterday:
Paul Ryan, Representative from Wisconsin's 1st District
Life
Co-sponsored the No Taxpayer Funding for Abortion Act.
Voted to amend the health care law so that no federal funds may be used to pay for any part of any healthcare plan that offers abortion coverage.
Voted for the Abortion Pain Bill and the Child Interstate Abortion Notification Act.
Voted to prohibit partial birth abortion.
Marriage
Voted for a resolution proposing a constitutional amendment that would define marriage as the union between one man and one woman.
Voted against repealing Dont Ask Dont Tell.
Religious liberty
Voted for the Religious Liberty Protection Act of 1999.
On the HHS mandate: This is much, much bigger than about contraception. This is about religious freedom, First Amendment rights, and how this progressive philosophy of fungible rights of a living breathing constitution really clashes and collides with these core rights that we built our society and country around.
Embryonic life
Voted against the Stem Cell Research Act of 2007, which would have required the Secretary of the Department of Health and Human Services to conduct and support research on embryonic stem cells.
Voted in favor of developing methods to produce stem cells without using human embryos.
School choice
Voted in favor for school vouchers in Washington, D.C.

You racist...you!
What about diversity? We have the grand Muslim Brotherhoods Kenyan fagot failure and I suggest we try a Senegali agnostic pedophile that doesn’t speak English but can teach us French.
Its time to start the SPP, the Senegalese Pedophile Party that will eat the Communist Demonrat Party.
Yeah thats the ticket!

What a relief! Romney is quite wise after all!
He wants to WIN! He knows his VP pick is vital.
Picking an ineligible Rubio (not a nbc!) who will be challenged by the conservatives will be a disaster for him - he will be attacked on both sides!
Romney appears to know he needs the conservatives, so he picks Ryan as the bridge to the conservatives.
Now watch those who won’t vote for Romney will be voting for Ryan.
I say Ryan is the ‘bridge to no-obama’!

Good job on his part.
If the nbC thing blows up before November at least there will not be the catch of a MAD pact in the background.

As for me eligibility for POTUSA is a first/prime requirement for selection of any such candidate. It was one of the first Articles of the Constitution. The Founders intent for importance was up front and they recognized the consequences of not recognizing such. To make light of the Founders wisdom allows usurpers like Obama squeeze in for the purpose of changing/destroying the Constitutional basis of the USA. Being a ‘birther’ I want Obama exposed and with him and all his enablers and kiss-ups.

Wish it’d been a Southern Born Conservative but I’ll settle for a Natural Born Citizen which puts him leaps and bounds above the usurper and his foreign administration we have. Now, to get our enemies out of those key departments.

No because Rubio is also a natural born citizen in spite of birther theory.
Rubio's only been on the national scene just over one year. His choice to succeed him in the FL state house was discovered to be corrupt and a close friend of his is under investigation. These are the kinds of distractions that aren't needed in the 2012 campaign even though Rubio is not known to have been involved in wrong doing.

No because Rubio is also a natural born citizen in spite of birther theory. All citizens are not natural born. Citizenship has been based for centuries on the father's citizenship.
Rubio was born to two Cuban nationals. He was born here. That makes him at best a dual citizen, and an American citizen only due to the 14th Amendment, which had nothing to do with the eligibility requirements for President.
Thus, Rubio could be a Senator or a Congressman. But he can not be President.
Natural born was an added requirement so that the Commander in Chief would not be a person of divided loyalties.Natural born is born in the country of two citizen parents, and the definition was well known to the Founders, as two copies of Vattel were present in the deliberations in Philadelphia in 1787 which produced the Constitution. That is not "birtherism". It is history--our history as Americans. I know we don't agree on this, but your comment could not go unchallenged. Others can do the research and make up their own minds.
