August 4, 2012, 6:00 a.m. WASHINGTON -- Still convinced President Obama wasnt born in the United States?
A brand-new political committee will be happy to accept your donations to keep the theory alive.
The Conservative Majority Fund, set up a month ago by a political consultant, is sponsoring television ads that recycle some discredited conspiracy theories regarding Obamas identity -- including suggestions that hes using a phony Social Security number and a fake birth certificate.
We know less about this man than any president in American history, the ad says. No one, I mean no one, has seen an actual physical copy of Barack Obamas birth certificate. It calls for a petition drive -- we need 10,000 signatures from every congressional district -- to boot Obama from the ballot.
The groups website, which demands Congress investigate Barack Obamas forged birth certificate, suggests donations from $25 to $2,500. This week, the group reported spending more than $500,000 to oppose Barak [sic] Hussein Obama, according to the organizations Federal Election Commission filings, with most of the money going to a nationwide phone-call campaign.

Note the writer made fun of the way the ad spells “Barak”? Didn’t obama change the way he originally spelled it?
A while back a guest author was on Laura Ingraham and he mentioned the Connecticut SS number and Ann was like “Well, there are certainly a lot of questions but right now we have to take a break.” When they came back it was never mentioned again.
Everyone of the talking heads are in on the scam, have some very big skeletons in their closets, love the money and are afraid they’ll lose it or are just plain afraid to go up against the power. Then the question is “Why do they go up against the power on everything else?”
Threats were made on this issue. We know that. It was in October of 2008 and also at least once within the next couple months after the election.

That’s the addy on the peter boy colb
It does not work now, but I have it copied to desktop - well, a lower 3/4 copy anyway. I thought I had it elsewhere also, but don’t know where now.
Anyone today who has photocopied a check and seen the VOID security feature pop up all over the copy might wonder about the document BO's crew posted online.
There ya go! And I just found where I had posted a partial copy on my blog. :)
What makes Hawaii's lack of security even more ironic is that Onaka wrote a paper in 2005 called Birth Certificate Integrity: Strengthening National Security. In it he cites Section 7211 of the Intelligence Reform Act of 2004. Here is the part:
purposes that
(A) at a minimum, shall require certification of the birth certificate by the State or local government custodian of record that issued the certificate, and shall require the use of safety paper or an alternative, equally secure medium, the seal of the issuing custodian of record, and other features designed to prevent tampering, counterfeiting,or otherwise duplicating the birth certificate for fraudulent purposes;
Now according to the Act, Hawaii BC would not be accepted by the Federal government ( whether or not they adhere to that section is another matter ) :
- shall require certification of the birth certificate by the State or local government custodian of record that issued the certificate ( THEY DO THAT )
- shall require the use of safety paper or an alternative, equally secure medium, (THEY DO THAT )
- the seal of the issuing custodian of record, (THEY DO THAT)
- and other features designed to prevent tampering, counterfeiting,or otherwise duplicating the birth certificate for fraudulent purposes; (THEY DONT DO THAT )
There are no additional security features to prevent tampering. That is what I have always found lacking with Hawaii. ANY certified form I have ever received, be it school transcripts, things from state of local governments, ALL had an additional security feature built in. If you scanned the copy, you would see something like VOID all across the page. Hawaiis security paper doesnt do that.
It seems pretty ironic that the guy ( Onaka ) writing about security in BCs has the weakest security of all the states to prevent tampering or counterfeiting.
This seems to be what they use....the cheap stuff...

“This tamper resistant paper has been used to secure documents for consumers worldwide for over 135 years and offers covert and overt document protection against the threat of forgery and counterfeiting. The unique LaMonte Process used offers a perfect front to back registration of the Basketweave pattern that cannot be matched when photocopied.”
But it probably does not scan perfectly....
Go look at the original COLB from the Fact Check fakes.
The pattern is almost like camouflage in the close ups. It has been mangled through the scanning and printing process.
And the paper is not security paper. It is not like smooth check paper. It is ordinary mill paper. The high resolution photos give it all away.
Here is what they should be using.
http://www.securitypaperstore.com/voidsecureamp8482-basketweave-pattern-g8482.html
“VoidSecure® paper combines the multiple security protection features of Simpson Security Papers Basketweave pattern with a unique void pantograph. When photocopied, the words “Void” and “VoidSecure” are clearly visible creating one of the most secure sheets available on the market.
Additional security features include an artificial watermark, a Void stamp that authenticates the document when rubbed with a coin, and a 3D image that can be viewed with a Verilens to validate the document.”
Notice how many more features you get in the second type.
Cost - $50 more for the 5000 sheet price. Hawaii does not use the less secure stuff to save cost!
May be the islanders are just dumb and started ordering the wrong product number. Maybe Okubo is just trying to hide her incompetence.
Also people made a big deal of the ‘seal’. A properly done EMBOSSED seal (Hawaii’s is DE-EMBOSSED and simple pin pattern) is SUPPOSED TO NOT COPY. That is the whole purpose of the seal. Its image is not to transfer in the copy and scanning process. That is a step that ‘secures’ the ORIGINAL document.
I have scanned and copied a well embossed BC from another state. It barely, barely picks up in any scan and the entire image does not pick up at all. In most standard setting scans it does not pickup at all. Only under high contrast and high resolution do you get anything. That is how it should work. The fact that you can see Hawaii’s crappy seal in copies and scans shows it bad security feature.
Yeah, it would be interesting to see when they stopped using the more secure paper and their reasoning why.

Ms. Fuddy,
I have a question for you regarding the security paper used on birth certificates by the Hawaii Department of Health. As early as 1991, the Department of Health was using the VoidSecure security paper. It combined the multiple security protection features of the basket weave pattern with a unique void pantograph. When photocopied, the words "Void" are clearly visible creating one of the most secure sheets available on the market. Currently, the Department of Health uses the less secure green security paper with basket weave pattern only. It does not include the more secure pantograph feature.
This is confusing in light of Dr. Alvin Onaka's ( the Registrar of Vital Statistics for the State of Hawaii ) paper in 2005 Birth Certificate Integrity: Strengthening National Security, for which he received national praise. In it he cites Section 7211 of the Intelligence Reform Act of 2004. Here is the relevant part:
(A) at a minimum, shall require certification of the birth certificate by the State or local government custodian of record that issued the certificate, and shall require the use of safety paper or an alternative, equally secure medium, the seal of the issuing custodian of record, and other features designed to prevent tampering, counterfeiting,or otherwise duplicating the birth certificate for fraudulent purposes;
Now Hawaii currently does all of the above except other features designed to prevent tampering, counterfeiting,or otherwise duplicating the birth certificate for fraudulent purposes. The VoidSecure security paper has those other features as required by the Intelligence Reform Act of 2004.
My question to you is why and when did Hawaii change from the more secure paper - as required by the Intelligence Reform Act of 2004 and recommended as a national standard by your own Registrar of Vital Statistics, Dr. Alvin Onaka - to the much less secure basket weave only paper ? It could not have been due to cost savings - the more secure paper is only $50 more per 5000 sheets.
They have. "On April 27, 2011 President Barack Obama posted a certified copy of his original Certificate of Live Birth." http://hawaii.gov/health/vital-records/obama.html
Do have any details of this suit? A link maybe?
Various links on story overall.
It is a sad story.

At end of article:
“The Advertiser went to court to try to obtain the Family Court records. A Big Island Family Court judge agreed to release the records but the decision was reversed by the Supreme Court.”
Here is a good one:
http://archives.starbulletin.com/2006/03/16/news/story16.html
“The Big Island Press Club has honored state Department of Human Services Director Lillian Koller for her courage in releasing about 2,000 pages of documents on the “Peter Boy” Kema case.”
“While Koller was lauded for her actions, the County Council of Kauai and the Honolulu City Council — “whose actions are an affront to the transparency and openness” of what government agencies should have, the press club said — shared the dubious Lava Tube award for 2006, the club announced yesterday.
Earlier this year, a circuit judge declared the Honolulu City Council’s practice of closed-door communications illegal after a coalition of public-interest groups filed a lawsuit to stop it.”
And end of article....you will like this!....
“Lava Tube Dishonorable Mentions also went to:
» The Hawaii State Legislature for “maintaining its own exemption to the state’s Sunshine Law, which all other public agencies, boards and commissions in Hawaii must follow.””
Lets document that on its own again:
The Hawaii State Legislature for “MAINTAINING ITS OWN EXEMPTION to the state’s Sunshine Law, which all other public agencies, boards and commissions in Hawaii must follow.”
If that was a verification that what Obama posted is actually what they gave his lawyer, then why did Deputy AG Jill Nagamine tell Mike Zullo that he’s not authorized to receive a verification of that very thing? The public in general is authorized to receive a verification but not Mike Zullo? Explain what law says that.
Their own actions tell us point-blank that what they’ve got on their website for public consumption is NOT a verification that what Obama posted is genuine. They claim that information is not publicly discloseable - not even to law enforcement.
Furthermore, they know darn good and well that an electronic image can’t be “certified”. There is no electronic image that even CAN be a “certified copy”, since a certified copy requires a “raised seal”. It can be a scan of a “certified copy” - but then they didn’t say that, did they? Probably because they know this is not a copy or scan of what they sent him. (And the forensic evidence says the same thing: a scan of a certified copy would not allow Onaka’s certification to be individually moved around on the page, edited, etc. That is a blatant result of cut-and-paste.)
Which is why, when asked point-blank by Mike Zullo, they said he isn’t authorized to be told whether Obama’s posted image is of the BC they sent him. And why when asked point-blank by Ken Bennett who they acknowledged WAS eligible to receive a verification, their response indicated that what Obama posted is NOT a “true and accurate representation of the original record on file”.
What has been discredited? Other than obama's competence? And the media's competence? And the GOPe's competence at politics?
