President Obama leads Mitt Romney nationally by 10 points, according to a new poll released Thursday.
Obama took 51 percent compared to Romneys 41 percent of the vote when the Pew Research Center asked which candidate people would vote for if the election were held today. Thats a much wider gap between the two candidates than most recent polls show; the RealClearPolitics national average puts Obama in the lead with an average of 3 points.

They don’t care about “no one” they only care about the HEADLINE. We are background noise compared to the ears that will hear and eyes that will see that “10 point lead” push poll result.

You know Obama is in big trouble when the totally fake polls are showing up.

Obama loses by a little or a lot in every demographic group, and in every state and in every time period, but he makes it up in volume.

Exactly right and I think Obama is planning to do that here too.

I think liberals are much more eager to share their political views with random people on the phone than normal, i.e. conservative folks are. I'll put one to that. The last time a pollster called my landline (which I hardly ever answer directly), he was apparently surprised by my disinclination to participate.
What is this obsession with polls anyway? 2+2 does not suddenly become 5 because of a majority vote. Meanwhile, finding out what the "majority" believes today does not give you a clue to what they might say tomorrow.
Polling is an exercise for sheeple.

This picture is confirmation of my earlier
opinion piece that Dems just use their (disproportionately female, usually single) voters in the electoral equivalent of the "pump and dump."
Cheers!

I can see where this is headed. How could he have lost the election with a ten point lead going in.

How many points of RAT oversampling did it take to get these results. If my 1 hour of standing in 100+ degree heat at Chick-fil-A yesterday and speaking with everyone in line was any indication of what is coming on Nov 6 is accurate, you can flush all these polls right down the toilet.

Do you sound like a young black female? It was an automated call: "Press 1 if you are male, 2 if you are female", etc.

That’s sounds about right to me. Everywhere I go I see lots of love for 0bama. 0bama bumper stickers on lots of cars. Obama t-shirts being worn. This country has lost it’s way and the people love their hand outs. A damn shame. I predict a 55% - 44% win for 0bama.......and the utter destruction of this nation.

If that’s what you’re seeing, you most definitely live in a part of the country that has a whole different attitude than me and my Chick-fil-A buddies!
