I believe the 2amd should be taken at its word and the RTBKA dhoulf not br hsmpered. Period. That means everyone has the RTBKA, felons, everyone. Only t the insane under care and incarcerated persons should not be permitted access to arms. The crime for all should be criminal use of arms. It would have no practical effect on felons. They will get and use arms regardless of "legality."

FR has done a pretty good job with the background check. Problem is none of the major media outlets, including talk radio, have paid any real attention to the results.
