"Single acts of tyranny may be ascribed to the accidental opinion of the day; but a series of oppressions, begun at a distinguished period, and pursued unalterably through every change of ministers(administrators) too plainly proves a deliberate, systematic plan of reducing us to slavery." Thomas Jefferson
The oppression of our liberty is like the proverbial anaconda wrapped around its prey, incrementally squeezing the life out of it each time it takes a breath.
The Oppressive-Left does this with each crisis that comes along, incrementally choking off our freedom in the process.
They look at each and every mass shooting as a golden opportunity to infringe the life out of the 2nd amendment.
Most of the time these crimes occur where the people have been deliberately disarmed a bloodbath where the perp is the only one with a gun.
Invariably these outrages are followed by Calls for Even MORE Gun control!
Im sick and tired that every time there is mass murder like the outrage in Colorado, we have to wait and see how much of our liberty will be lost, followed by the next Crisis where we lose some more.
We need to need to start loudly pointing out that those outrages are a perfect illustration of the futility of controlling the uncontrollable. Its time that we break out the Ka-bar (before they try to ban them too) and gut the anaconda around our freedom.
Its time that we stopped this insanity.
It is a physical impossibility to eliminate all forms of weaponry, and yet the gun grabbers would have us believe that this is an attainable goal.
Whether they believe that load of manure is irrelevant the end result is always an ever tightening of tyranny around our God-given rights and it has to stop.
We need loudly and continuously point out to people the stunningly obvious fact that CRIMINALS DO NOT OBEY THE LAW and therefore their silly little freedom destroying initiatives will only serve to empower them.
We need to root out the Gun free zones and expose them to be the danger to the public they truly are.
We need to find alternative to those venues whenever we can and give people a choice.
If someone wants to wuss out to the PC crowd, they need to know that they will pay the price in lost business and lost revenue.
Indeed, starting with Cinemark theaters.
Well, if there is only one gun grabber, as you indicate in the title, then there is nothing to worry about!
Yes, why worry about liberty when you can nit-pick grammar..
LOL—I’ve been wrestling with apostrophes for days. (I’m editing a newsletter).
Name the organizations pushing for more gun control.
Please God, bring open carry to NJ!
Is that a serious question?
Ever heard of the Brady Campaign, Joyce foundation, DNC, etc.

The either funny or sad part about this quote is that history very clearly shows that the British governments of the 1760s and early 1770s had no such plan.
They were mostly just profoundly ignorant of America and stumbled their way from crisis to crisis.
This particular batch of ministers was arguably the most incompetent in British history. There was no master plan to enslave America, but then of course there was also zero attempt to address American worries by a bold plan that would satisfy them.
We need to focus on state / local.

Oklahoma will become the 25th state to allow the open carrying of handguns.
Gov. Mary Fallin signed into law Tuesday a measure that allows Oklahomans to openly carry handguns.
The measure, Senate Bill 1733, allows those who are licensed to carry a firearm under the Oklahoma Self Defense Act a choice: to openly carry a weapon or conceal it.
“Come and Take them”! This fight stared long ago and I’ve had enough of fighting these idiots. Have been since Klinton came to power and started sending my tax dollars to these groups. Ask yourself how they can have a “gun buyback” when they never owned your gun. They can send guns to Mexico to trump up charges against legal dealers; try to drum up anti-gun agenda and tell you what you can and can’t buy. I resolve to have better toys than they have. So far so good. Anyone have a “black helicopter” for sale? Molon Labe

Tell them that when the last drugs are removed they can consider starting with the guns but, not till then.
Yes and the liberal mainstream media causes these shootings in the first place. It is because of the fame that media gives these mass murderers that these mass murderers do it for fame. the media know this too but the media blame Rush the party etc. but it is they the media who are responsible.
Gun Owner Unfriendly at the Virginia Citizens Defense League. Bad guys include AARP, the national PTA, and a host of misguided businesses in Virginia.
National organizations with anti-gun policies at the National Rifle Association. Little explanation is given.
I know some but not all of them. If you are going to engage an enemy in a fight you need to gather as much intel as possible. First, you identify them and then you identify their sources of funding.
