Thanks for providing the link B4Ranch. The tie-in to Fedgov shrinks was something pointed out to me several years ago, and is something I've kept a watch for since. Most, since the 80s have also been prescribed certain anti-depressants.

WTC, it's quite google-able. fashion a few queries around the obvious terms, and you'll get hits.

The fact that there is a tie doesn't answer the cause/effect relationship, if any. It could be that because we're all monitored a hell of a lot more than we like to believe, that it's unsurprising that these individuals would come to the attention of the psychiatric profession. Given what we know our government is capable of, I wouldn't particularly be shocked at them considering the death of a few to be a worthwhile price to pay to advance an agenda they believe is important.
