Judge Seals 'Batman' Shooting Case

An Arapahoe County Court judge has granted a request to seal the case against James Holmes, the 24-year-old shooter who killed 12 and wounded 50 during a screening last night of "The Dark Knight Rises."
The motion, filed in Arapahoe County court, asks for the records in the case to be sealed, including search warrants, affidavits, orders and the "case file."
... disclosure of the court records would be "contrary to public interest" and "could jeopardize the ongoing investigation."

OWS Simply cannot discredit the group or groups who back the democRATs. Cannot have elements of the media telling what is a fact. Might convert a few people or open some peoples' eyes. Yes, this guy was involved in some way with the lefties. It is not suspected rather a fact that criminal elements within society are democRATic backers. It is known but not known by enough, therefore a calculation of contortion to manipulate facts withheld to create an illusion of forward to what end.

Completely correct JRanddomFreeper. No longer is the lame-stream able to compete with the new media. The new media is able to report more truth and do it quicker than the lame-steam and the propagandist media are capable of countering. Opens the sheep's eyes to the wolves all around the sheep. Causes the sheep to concoct plans of what to do in the event of an attack. This is not what the wolves want. Thus it causes the wolves to create and facilitate additional plans and backup plans. Takes greater cunning and additional time. It was not supposed to be this way for the wolves. The wolves are not happy and this is a good thing.
