SAN DIEGO (AP) — Some of the loudest cheers Saturday at San Diego's gay pride parade were for active-duty troops marching in military dress, the first time that U.S. service members participated in such an event while in full uniform.
Dozens of soldiers, sailors, and Marines marched alongside an old Army truck decorated with a "Freedom to Serve" banner and a rainbow flag. They were joined by dozens more military personnel in civilian clothes, but the uniforms stood out among the flower-bedecked floats and scantily clad revelers.
Spectators waved signs reading, "Thank you for your service." A woman held a placard that said: "My gay son is a Naval officer."
In a memorandum sent to all its branches this year, the Defense Department said it was making the allowance for the San Diego event even though its policy generally bars troops from marching in uniform in parades.

I walked by the television and heard one of the network news anchors asking in anguished tones “...what can possibly be done to prevent these sexual scandals...” referring to the Air Force in Texas.
My first thought was: “Gee. How about not injecting sex into the entire equation by forcing people of the opposite sex into situations where the raw use of rank and power over inexperienced enlisted personnel.” (It IS vastly different than the civilian world)
As I dwell on this today, just think of what it is going to be like with aggressive, open-homosexuals in the NCO or officer ranks, and throw in homosexuals of lower rank who will be using sex as a tool for advancement, favoritism, revenge, whatever.
It is going to be a mess. But mark my words, you won’t hear about it.

For over 40 years I have been proud of and felt honored to serve in our military. I can honestly say that I could not serve in today’s military.
I am beyond disgusted by this disgrace of the uniform.

To my mind, the hallmark of these homosexual "pride" parades is public obscenity, and while they may have a constitutional right to march, I strongly object to any government endorsement of these festivals of public debauchery. I object when elected officials like San Fran Nan, etc., also participate in the same.
This cross dressing and homo crap is a mental sickness dispute how many times a shrink will try and tell us it is not.
Thankfully I've done my time but my sons are not joining now because of this and Romney and the GOP are nothing but spineless cowards when it comes to this agenda or they start to believe the lies and crap from those in DC and the north east etc.

He wants the special forces so bad, he wants to g the marines and then navy seals but he said that if obama wins or Romney does not change the polciy then there is no way he will ever share a shower, a sleeping bag, a room with cross dressing homosexuals etc.

Why should he be forced to share a room, sleeping bag in survival training, a shower with a sick perverted nutcase and then have to put up with their mental illness, their comments, their actions and why on earth should he have to put up with seeing a man run around dressed as a woman acting like a woman?
Good young men are now saying no way to this and the military is nothing but a PC establishment which only makes the military weaker.
Men are different to women, men are stronger, men love women and vica versa because nature/God made it that way for the human species to carry on in the world.

BTW I still have pals serving and one in Afghanistan told me in the past that many camps and bases around the world are having problems with homo’s now but the commanders are trying to keep it silent under orders he thinks from this Govt.

My dad loved his time in the Navy during World War II. I am glad he is not around to see this disgusting display of institutionalized perversion. I have served as a reference for several young men who wanted to join the military, and I was proud to do that. Now I am wondering if I did the right thing.

The first thing the next President nees to do is to ban all homosexuals, cross dressing etc, no more wanting women on Subs, as the Subs are too small, no more talk about women in the infantry.

Some of the people I see in the army in the last couple of weeks was astounding, how they even past the fitness test was shocking.
You know for a woman to get in the marines they only have to do one pull up, one pull up, that si a joke and yet liberals say women are equal in the military and yet they have easier test.
Men , get this, two pulls up and half way through training 3 pull ups
