Speaker of the House John Boehner has become the latest high-profile Republican to denounce Michele Bachmann's "pretty dangerous" accusations that Huma Abedin, Hillary Clinton's deputy chief of staff and Anthony Weiner's wife, has ties to the Muslim Brotherhood. "From everything that I do know of [Abedin], she has a sterling character and I think accusations like this being thrown around are pretty dangerous," Boehner told reporters during his briefing today. (There's that word again, hmmm ... sterling) As Senator John McCain did yesterday, Boehner is doing his part in taking down accusations put forth by Rep. Michele Bachmann and other conservative congresspersons which allege that Abedin, among others working in the U.S. government, have ties to the Muslim Brotherhood. Bachmann and Rep. Trent Franks (R-Arizona), Louie Gohmert (R-Texas), Thomas Rooney (R-Fla.) and Lynn Westmoreland (R-Ga.) put those accusations in letters which were sent to five federal agencies, reports The Huffington Post's Amanda Terkel and Jennifer Bendery.

Bachmann, et al., should send an open letter to both Boehner and McCain asking them to:
State whether they believe the MB is a friendly and peaceful organization which expresses no hostility nor animosity towards America; and,
Could they cite evidence indicating that this woman is not affiliated with the MB, is not sympathetic to them or their cause, of if they believe that she is affiliated and/or sympathetic to them, as such is not in any way a threat to America or its interests.

Gotta knock the legs out from under them by taking out the
Republican National Committee which is actually much easier than taking down a RINO directly.
It only takes a few hundred dedicated people going to the state convention and removing them. In Michigan there were only some 1500 people at the party convention and several hundred tea partiers, GOP conservatives, and libertarians removed two RINOs from their national committee chairs.

Ed Rollins is a slimey little worm who has all of the traits of a dog except loyalty. I was shocked when Michelle Bachman hired him. He took her money and shortly after stabbed her in the back and he’s been pot shotting her ever since.
Who would think Hillary Clinton could get anybody of “sterling” quality to work for her on an ongoing basis?
That’s the problem isn’t it. Refute her concerns with facts. Show that our own politicians are beholden to Saudi Arabian money. Show that America’s foreign policy supports the only democracy in the ME (if you think Iraq is a democracy you’re not paying attention).
There’s been a fervent view that Israel needs to be brought to heel. Liberals are notoriously anti-Semitic. If Abedin is allied with the MB we should know. That she’s Hilary’s paramour isn’t any of our business, though.
