Mr. RomneyCARE lost most of the elections he
has run, and then he did NOT have the albatross
of DEATH PANELS or RomneyCARE, on his shoulders.
Maybe I’m just being a grump this morning, but Britt is annoying the heck out of me today ... attitude, interrupting, doesn’t seem prepared, mumbling & stumbling through his questions. Wallace has his issues, but at least he can enunciate.
Loved your ‘braying’ piece this morning. :-)
Meet the Press: How is Jealous gong to spin Romney's speech into racism?
Face the Nation: Ryan's comments are always interesting, as well as the angle of attack the democrat driveby’s put on him, says a lot as to what they're thinking...
This Week: Kelly Ayotte is considered a possible Romney VP candidate, will she say something in that regard?
State of the Union: Assholerod is probably going to continue the rich guy attack on Romney. Will CNN challange him? (LOL!)
I sort of thought Romney responded quickly and forcefully to the claims of his lying about leaving Bain as well as the outsourcing of jobs.
I also think Romney has an excellent quick response team and has used it effectively in response to all the attacks made against him.
What would you have him do specifically were you his campaign manager?
And your solution for the 2012 elections is? OH yeah, that’s right. All you have are complaints no answers.I think it might be time for your early bird don’t miss out!
Polling samples are often incredibly biased as well.
FNS Panel talks VP pick.
Same names, same chitchat.
Nothing earth shattering.
I’m depending on you guys today I gotta work.

Bachmann, Cain, Gingrich, Palin, Perry and Santorum are all campaigning for Romney, but the drivebys aren't reporting what they say... I think a lot of what we're getting frustrated about is due to the driveby media
We also need to accuse the RATagandists of having no credibility due to their failure to properly cover the Romney campaign.
FOX too.
Hey, he’s reporting on the shows... We may disagree with his conclusions, but Diogenesis has a right to be part of the Sunday thread. This is all we’ve ever asked, right? :-)
I don’t know if you remember, but back in 2000 after Bush got the nomination and gave a wonderful acceptance speech, thee was suddenly a news black-out on him. Certain dubious characters on FR started calling him a lazy campaigner.
A couple of other Freepers and I started doing the “Bush Cheney 2000 Victory Tour” threads with reports by Freepers who were AT Bush appearances, complete with photos, just to prove that Bush was, indeed, campaigning.
The media has nothing to hit Romney with, except old stuff like the recycled Bain. He’s good-looking and a much better speaker than Obama. He’s resenting ideas which resonate with a lot of the voters.
So, the logical step by the media is to simply refuse to air his appearances.
Did you know he and Ann did a sit-down interview with Oprah this week? I assume it is for her magazine.
The reality is that the polls don't reflect it despite Obama's shrill attacks and the fact that Obama is outspending Romney 3 to 1. This is July. The real race won't begin until after the conventions. Most of the public is not paying attention.
Romney will be outraised in funding by Obama. He needs to husband his money for the real campaign and not take the bait and start bleeding himself dry.
Someone needs to tell Mitt that OB is a Republican and is ok to attack him. He is going to be a lame and boring candidate.
That's why The Road To Hell is paved with Good Intentions, not Good Results
An obvious media obfuscation is Obama has been touting raising taxes on the rich, yet the media just wants to show a Romney response, when they should get a real non-Democrat Economist to explain the consequences of taxing more out of the private sector.
Agreed, Britt is mailing it in and playing the gotcha routine against the Repubs. Why does everyone have to apologize for being the least bit Conservative?
Thanks, glad you liked it.
Sorry but i will respectfully disagree. This clown disrupts each and every thread where Romney for potus is discussed with his sore loserman attitude. All this with no alternative I might add only complaints.
And the follow-up should be a real non-Democrat Economist explains the consequences the tax increases on the folks earning under $250,000 the next year.
This week, for some reason, it seems to me that Romney has had some outstanding folks out speaking for him ...Sununu & Bob McDonnell in particular .... both have been ‘gloves off’. The other folks he’s had out there (Paul Ryan, Bobby Jindal, Marco Rubio, etc.) have been excellent - all are articulate & can explain things very well without getting bogged down in the weeds and they’ve been handing the media their heads on a platter during interviews. All the complaints about ‘no VP yet’ & how a VP would ‘spread the bandwidth’ .... well, no one VP (especially someone relatively ‘vanilla’ like Portman, even Pawlenty) can do as much as all these other articulate, intelligent, spokespeople for Romney. There needs to be an even more concerted effort to utilize and “mobilize” these folks and get them out there, IMHO.
I agree. To the extent there is any real interest at this time it is being ginned up by the liberal media. Romney is smart to amass the bucks and keep them for the ad blitz following the campaigns. Obama is NOT in a good spot now since as the incumbent he is well below 50% in likely voter polls (job approval) and is even with Romney in the head to head. Given Obamas' record I cannot imagine him picking up one more vote then he got last time and we already know he has lost some of what he had.
