Even though Obama can’t technically be a British Citizen due to the fact that Sr was already married - it wouldn’t have stopped in from using multiple passports at some point - whether or not he worked for the CIA or if it was just his mother.

They would not go forward till they got my High school and college transcripts let alone med school and residency.
