When is Romney going to start campaigning? Ever?
McCain stopped campaigning as soon as he eliminated all other Republican nominees. He then announced that we didn’t have to be afraid of a President Obama, after which he suspended his campaign to “deal with the economic crisis.” He never un-suspended his campaign.
Is this going to be Romney’s work schedule too? So far, we’ve gotten through the “eliminate all other Republican nominees” phase of the plan.

Obama has some big TV buys here in King County (Seattle), Washington.
Strange - since he beat McCain 70%-28% in Seattle in 2008.
I don't watch a lot of channels, but Obama is running constant ads on CNBC, primarily in the after market hours, for programs like “American Greed,” which focus on people who have swindled lots of money.
Then, last night, he had several ads on Spike TV for the film “Casino.”
It's hard to understand who his target audience is.
I haven't seen any polls that suggest he's in danger of losing Washington.
Gingrich would be killing Obama right now.

Some, Rush, have suggested that the young and unemployed and especially the minorities don’t care about jobs. They have given up and are being taken care of and they are counting on that continuing. They have given up dignity and honor and replaced dreams with a new kind of deflated hope. They think that free stuff will go on forever.
Free stuff won’t go on forever but it will go on for as long as they think they need it as long as the lib protectors can stay in power. The tipping point has been reached hasn’t it?
I feel like we are over the edge of a great cliff and that the end of an era may have come. Notice I keep saying “may”. I still hope that Maslow still wins and that the Self-Actualization thing somehow comes through. The tipping point population may have given up on that though. If they have we are cooked.

So with the Pubs convention being first; they will stupidly coronate Mitt.
Then, a week after; Obama will bail ‘for the good of the country’ and the Dems will nominate a CONSERVATIVE sounding person to be THEIR candidate!

Consider one thing as everyone pines for Romney to make a stand now. Obama is still screaming for donations. I think he has money coming out his butt he hasn’t claimed yet.
Come September he will be all over the media. between what he legitimately buys in air time and what the media gives him free because they WANT and support him Romney will have to pour on the campaign ad time then.
The Money will burn up fast in September.
So far Romney has not allowed Obama to squander his assets on foolish attack adds. Obama has attacked him about half a dozen times and Romney has just let it pass and turned it around on him quite effectively.
I think so far Romney has played a good game of level headed chess for the WH. But I honestly think it will come down to $ in september and he wants to make sure that he has the cash on hand to stand toe to toe with Obama in the final weeks where it counts in the swing states.
Lets see what happens when he picks a VP. Also Obama goes on the defensive very soon with Fast and Furious, still with Obamacare, and he opened a bunch of other cans with his Executive orders that Romney can go after anytime he wants - like 800,000 illegals and gays in marriage. Both of which lost him votes.
