In a stunning blow to the Senatorial hopes of Rep. Shelley Berkley (D-NV), the House Ethics Committee today unanimously voted to open an investigative subcommittee into conflict of interest charges stemming from her alleged attempts to direct cash toward the kidney health care industry and, in particular, toward her husband, who runs the Kidney Specialists of Southern Nevada. Breitbart News led the charge in demanding investigation into Berkley's activities.

You had her as a big underdog before this?
That’s gross.
Could you imagine what their kid would look like?
FUGLY?
LOL! You have captured it perfectly.
Guilty, schuldig,coupable,...
Yes, I thought that it was unlikely that Berkley could beat Heller in 2012. That PPP poll showing a dead heat was ridiculous—Heller is up by at least 6%, and Berkley is already a known quantity who is unlikely to make up the difference. And now, of course, she’s taken a kidney punch (ha!) and her odds may be going from slim to none.
Nevada conservatives should form a “grassroots Democrat” group urging Berkley to step aside and encourage Steven Horsford to abandon his House race in NV-04 and run for the Senate instead. Heller would stomp Horsford, and the NV-04 would go from tilt Democrat to a dead heat.
I'm almost certain that "conflict of interest" penalty is something like we put a nasty note in your file folder and file the folder in the trash.
No problem. It’s a work in progress and I’ll take stock every week or so and do some adjusting. From the feedback I’ve gotten, I’m just kind of doing an rough averaging. Nothing scientific. I’ll throw yours into the mix and see what happens.
I’ll probably check back with you in a few weeks and see if you would change anything, so keep your list available for future reference.
Ha!
Even Jar Jar is too good looking to have come out of that woman.

Most likely it would have hooves...
