Who are the natural individuals that are the officers, directors, managers and principle stockholders of the business? What, if any, is their relationship to the current crooks running our country?

The Department of Energy recently awarded $25 million to a French company that posted net losses of about $70 million last year, and whose solar division is particularly troubled financially.

When are we as a whole finally going to get fed up with laboring for these shysters in Washington who know nothing but pi$$ing it all away?

And the monumental tax increases at year-end is going to permit them to throw even more of OUR hard-earned taxpayer dollars up a wild hog’s a$$.

Vote first, but if a house cleaning does not result, time for torches, pitchforks and other useful weapons. I cannot fathom how these people sleep at night. Words cannot express my anger!!!

If the made a profit they would be evil capitalists.

The Obama administration only supports those that disavow capitalism.

” The report predicts that solar sales will increase in the second half of Soitec’s 2012-2013 financial year”

And pigs will fly.

Yes. It's outsourcing American tax dollars (for another green company that will go bankrupt - just like all the others. It's a money laundering scheme, not a business venture).

That's why the U.S. taxpayers are stuck paying the bill....... every time. The loaned tax money "conveniently" disappears, and the buildings are left empty. Does anyone believe these businesses were suppose to work? I don't.

Their is a repeating theme happening. Failed companies, especially Solar Companies, and lots O’ cash.
Probably just a coincidence.

Wait just a minute. We, the US taxpayers, gave $25 million to a French solar company that’s on the fast track to bankruptcy? In what universe does that make any sense.
