If Barack Obama has an immediate eligibility problem, it is more likely to derive from the Social Security Number he has been using for the last 25 years than from his birth certificate.
Ohio private investigator Susan Daniels has seen to that. On Monday, July 2, she filed suit in Geauga County (Ohio) Common Pleas Court demanding that Jon Husted, Ohio secretary of state, remove Obama’s name from the ballot until Obama can prove the validity of his Social Security Number.
Daniels, who has vetted thousands of Social Security Numbers for numerous other clients, has done her homework. In her filing, she thoroughly documents her contention “that Barack Obama has repeatedly, consistently, and with intent misrepresented himself by using a fraudulently obtained Social Security Number.”
To acquire appropriate standing in court, Daniels has gone to the trouble of establishing herself as a valid write-in candidate for president. Before she is through, this 70-something mother of seven, who has been a licensed Ohio PI since 1995, may cause Obama more trouble than the Romney campaign.
Daniels started her investigation in August 2009. Given her profession, she has been able to access a variety of proprietary databases. What she learned without much trouble is that Obama has been using a Social Security Number with the prefix “042″ since 1986.
As she discovered, the “042″ number is reserved for the exclusive use of individuals who register in Connecticut. When she ran 10 sequential numbers before and after Obama’s, all returned with the documentation “issued 1977-1979 in CT.”
When Daniels ran the numbers immediately flanking Obama’s, she came to the firm conviction that Obama’s number was issued in March 1977 in Connecticut.

I really don’t give a damn about your questions, frankly. Do you understand how the mistake could have been an honest one, or not? That’s my question. If you’re so far down the conspiracy route that you no longer even concede the possibility that honest errors are possible, then I see no reason to continue this discussion.
But Catholic sisters would intervene. Particularly if the boy asked for help, ran away or otherwise let them know he wanted or needed to go to his grandmother. Remember His mother spent little or no time with him from the time he came home to HI and became an adult. There had to be a reason for that.
There is also no mention of automobiles, space shuttles, submarines, airplanes, etc... All have rules and laws invovled in their usage. Does that make them UNCONSTITIONAL

Actually, I think the contention was made that since it’s not mentioned in the Constitution it cannot be questioned in the same sentence as the Constitution.

Obama remained in the legal custody of Catholic Social Services of CT until his 18th birthday. At age 23, BHO II naturalized as a U.S. Citizen. Proof of Obama’s naturalization is with his Certificate of Naturalization with the USCIS.

A rational person and REAL natural born citizen would have IMMEDIATELY cleared a failure to e-verify. Obama hasn't done that.
NO, I did not change the issue. The implication of the stolen SS# is that the man may not have been eligible to legally get a SS# because he may not have been born in the country. Since he has not provided proof of his eligibility as per the US Constitution, the question remains.
These people going after Obama are the same ones that have been going after him about his unreleased long form.
This is ALL part of the same issue by the same people.
Yes, stealing someone's social security number is a fraud. You claim that's not in the Constitution. Well, these people are not ultimately looking to go after Obama for fraud (though that may be something Obama may have to face). They're looking to go after him about his eligibility as per the US Constitution and they are using the stolen SS#s in order to question that eligibility with hopes that the court will order Obama's sealed records to be opened so the eligibility issue will be cleared.
Get with the program. Research before you start making comments on an issue.
Catholic Social Services offers services to immigrants (especially those from Africa) They offer migration and Refugee Services and assist immigrants who cannot pay for legal services.
They are especially known for their helping of Muslim Somalis in most recent years.

Yes, but subsequent (constituional) laws have made felons ineligible for Federal Office. Until Ollie North’s conviction was tossed, he couldn’t run for U.S. Senate. IF the POTUS has committed fraud, he could be impeached. I think fraud falls under the category of “high crimes and misdemeaners.”
Obama was never naturalized.
