Looks like Romney DOES disagree the court's decision. What he actually said.

Looks like the Herald got busted for not showing Romney's whole interview at first. She even said in the video they only posted part of it.

Romney did NOT agree at any point with Roberts and the Court majority.

But you need more than a 5 second attention span so you can actually listen to the whole thing.

It IS important to have a conservative Congress to conrol Obama if he is re-elected - maybe even impeach him, and to keep Romney under control if he gets in.

It is going to work if Romney gets in. There are too many RINOs whose arms can be twisted. That is why liberal legislation is more likely to pass under Romney than Obama.

I think our goals are identical but we differ on tactics, as all people of good conscience can at times.

However:

“In Case You Don’t Like Mitt Romney...

Columnist Andrew McCarthy gives us what probably is the most important question regarding the upcoming presidential election…

“If Mitt wins the nomination, as seems very likely, I will enthusiastically support his candidacy. For my friends who may have hesitation on that score, I’d just ask you to keep four things in mind:

1. Justice Scalia just turned 78
2. Justice Kennedy will turn 78 later this year
3. Justice Breyer will be 76 in August
4. Justice Ginsburg turned 81 about a week ago.

Whoever we elect as president in November is almost certainly going to choose at least one and maybe more new members of the Supreme Court — in addition to hundreds of other life-tenured federal judges, all of whom will be making momentous decisions about our lives for decades to come.

So for anybody who is thinking of not voting because your favorite didn’t get nominated, or writing in a candidate who can’t win..., just imagine this possibility:

‘SUPREME COURT JUSTICE ERIC HOLDER’

Did that get your attention? I sure hope so... “

You do understand those two will not retire with Obama in the White House but will if Romney gets in?

Chances are very good Romney will move the court to the LEFT if those two retire.

3. Justice Breyer will be 76 in August 4. Justice Ginsburg turned 81 about a week ago.

It's highly unlikely either liberal will retire with Romney in the White House. It would take death to get either out until a Democrat reaches the White House.

BTW, Andrew fudged the age of the justices. Breyer will be 74 in August and Ginsburg turned 79 in March.

Apparently, "conservatives" have to lie to help Romney get elected.

But initially he said he agreed with Obama that it is NOT a tax. Believe me, I used to be in the MA GOP—Romney is a blow-in-the-wind weathervane who’ll say whatever he thinks is the best position for his ambitions at any moment in time.

All this is so depressing. It looks like we are screwed regardless.
