Choosing a Republican candidate isnt a done deal until the balloons drop.
If Romney doesnt clinch the nomination on the first vote, its going to be a free-for-all.
In the 1920 Republican Convention, it took 16 votes for a candidate to be chosen - Warren Gamaliel Harding. His running mate was Calvin Coolidge. They were not anticipated to be the candidates but both men went on to make history.
It happened before, it can happen again!

If supporting the party nominee is your criteria for elimination, then I guess you’re stuck with Ron Paul.

It is time to wake up in real-ville. It is going to be Mitt or Obama. You either fire Obama or you don’t. The rest is just fantasy games.
Fire Obama then work your a** of to keep our candidate in line.
Anything else is hoping for change... and we know how that works out.

Who do you support as an alternative to Obama?
"I am convinced that governor Romney, if he is our nominee and if he is elected president, he will know to surround himself with those that will inherently know to go right, to err on the side of smaller, smarter government and that gives me a lot of confidence.- Sarah Palin

Sarah Palin. Not running, doesn't want the job, can't handle the job.
If handed the job, would quit as soon as a "frivolous lawsuit" emerged.
Todd Palin, after getting her properly in line, may find that she makes good sandwiches.

Pee Wee Herman. But since he's not going to be nominated, might as well go with Mitt, as disturbing as that prospect is.
