This is the article I was talking about in the above post.

I’m siding with butterdezillion on this one and Rush is wrong.

It looks like Roberts is captive to Soros and the economic nazi’s who march for him. Obamugabe isn’t capable of or smart enough to devise some bullying scheme on political lines.

That article mentions that Kennedy’s opinion refers to a DIFFERENT writing as the “dissent”, so Kennedy wrote this opinion believing it was the majority opinion. That’s why he used the word “we”, which is characteristic of majority opinions. It’s also why it addressed the government’s arguments rather than the flaws in the majority opinion.

That would also explain why Kennedy was visibly angry - if Roberts changed his vote at the last minute.

And it would explain why the argument is uncharacteristically thin, as if there wasn’t much time to come up with anything except regurgitating what the government lawyers said.

It would explain why Roberts was red-eyed and unhappy when reading the decision. It would also explain why the reading of the decisions was out of order according to the seniority of the majority opinion’s author (at least I don’t think Kagan or Sotomayor wrote the majority opinion for Stolen Valor).

We know that Scalia changed his dissenting opinion on Arizona sometime between last Friday and Monday when the decision was given, because he referenced Obama’s amnesty-by-fiat in that dissent. WE also know Scalia was fired-up mad about that decision, in which Roberts voted the wrong way even though 3/4ths of the AZ law was going to be thrown out anyway because of Kennedy’s vote. I’m wondering if Scalia was mad because Roberts changed his vote on both cases over the weekend, and the Obamacare decision had to wait until today then because the opinions had to be reworked.

Or maybe Roberts made a deal with Kennedy - the AZ vote in return for Kennedy’s vote on Obamacare - and then Roberts got the marching orders from Soros and switched his vote.

I’m surprised there was not a scathing dissent like Scalia gave for the AZ decision. Makes me wonder if Roberts changed his mind VERY LATE in the game so that there wasn’t time. Kennedy didn’t even have time to change the references in his now-dissenting opinion, to reflect that it was not the majority opinion any longer. And Obama only decided to show his ugly face this morning - right?

Sounds to me like something big happened to shake everything up this week, and I’m thinking it might have been some communication from George Soros. Marching orders: Obama isn’t going to worry about an election that can be called off, so political fallout doesn’t matter. To keep the economy falling we’ve got to keep people fearful of the future so Roberts is ordered to uphold Obamacare.
