This means that when Romney replaces Obamacare, he will replace it with something else, Romneycare.

It is reported that he is prepping a legion of lawyers for the election.
This guy will attempt to file suit in as many jurisdictions as possible in an effort to tie up the election and muddy the waters.
The tea party better get it in gear and do it in a very visible way to drum up hordes of support leading to the election.
We will need a Veto-proof Senate...guaranteed. We also then need to impeach us some SC justices.

And the president does not do that. Congress does that. So what do John Boehner and Mitch McConnell (currently senate minority leader who would become majority leader) say?
And I’m not sure they could just forward a “Repeal Act” on the first day. It would likely have to originate in both senate and house committees. If so, what do those committee chairman say?
And if a single Democrat in the senate wanted to block it, they could, unless McConnell had a vote to override, and, I think, two thirds of the senate (unlikely) voted to table the Repeal Act.
Bottom line: The system is designed to prevent hasty law, and prevent the hasty repeal of law. The sword cuts both ways.

If we wish to elect a president who will repeal Obamacare, the course is clear: vote for the guy who won’t get more than 5% of the vote and will throw the election to Obama. /s//

They are not in compliance with the U. S. Constitution.
I pray that he means it but believe that when the SHTF he’ll “try” and work on repeal, he’ll “run it by” congress, he’ll run into “too many obstacles” and he’ll let it go eventually.
Romney cannot repeal this law. All he can do is sign a law repealing it. If he repeals the law by executive order, then he will be just as lawless as Obama.
When Obamacare went to vote in 2009, it did not do so as tax policy. Since good old Roberts says it was a tax, what makes it a valid vote?
