The SCOTUS has just made sure that Romney has as much chance of winning as I do.

Are you kidding? This virtually guarantees Romney's election!

Barry's $500 billion tax increase is no exposed for what it always was intended to be - the means by which to enslave the middle class. Now he has to run on it.

Even if he’s lying, I can’t just stand by and let the Dictator in Chief and his minions on the Supreme Court walk away from this. I didn’t expect the SCOTUS to overturn Obamacare, but I never dreamed they’d uphold the individual mandate as well.

I hate Romney with every ounce of my being, but he’s all we’ve got at this point. Count me in for ABO.

“You’re out of your mind. SCOTUS just handed Romney the White House.”

Here’s how I see it:

The American public is only capable of the most basic of understanding, well, most of them anyway. So, the talk about mandate, tax, SC decisions is all just blah, blah, blah.

We can be certain the MSM avoid any negative features of Obamacare like the plague. So, the public will stay ignorant.

Here’s what the public knows at this point. Big pimpin’ Obama slapped those darn Republicans down, and now it’s free healthcare for everyone!

Nothing bad happens until 2014, by then, Obama couldn’t care less.

Obama 2012. Enjoy.

I disagree. Over 70% of Americans didn’t want Obamacare.
My head exploded this AM when I heard the SC decision. I immediately wrote and emailed Senator Landrieu and told her since she voted for gov. healthcare in the beginning - I was saying bye-bye in advance. I will vote Romney just for him to dump obamacare. I can’t wait to dump the obamameister in November either and all the rest of the little cretins in the senate who voted for obamacare (well, except Pelosi, she is “queen” of limphandland and will be forever.

Wow. I'm surprised how well Romney handled a difficult situation. He pounded the 'TAX' aspect home and emphasized how the IRS will be in charge of our personal health care. Nice job, Romney, but if he gets elected, he and the Republicans will do NOTHING to stop Obamacare. It's entrenched already and cannot and will not be stopped.

America is doomed. The SCOTUS has ruled that the federal government can hijack 1//6th of economy away from the private sector. EFF THEM. Kagan got to Roberts and convinced him Obamacare was a constitutional tax. She is known for her power of persuasion and did a number on Roberts. She argued the 'tax' aspect even though in 'arguments' it was downplayed. WHAT A EFFING JOKE.

I see it just the opposite. They just enlarged and fired up the ABO vote.

“He says he vows to kill it!

You wrote that as if you believed him?

Please, you are a prospect. Once you are a client, you will see the big government Mitt, who “likes government mandates” (his words).

If he acts outside the law, he is no better than Zero.

To: Alas Babylon!; All

The fact that it was upheld on the very narrow tax grounds is the best outcome for us (other than striking down the entire bill of course!). Let’s not forget this is the first time in 75 years the court has struck down a law based upon the Commerce Clause. That’s a big rejection of leftist ideology, and that will be part of the precedent here (as will the bad precedent that it’s a tax, but that can be fixed in later courts).

If they had done something like rule the mandate unconstitutional but keep the rest of the bill, it would have been an even worse result because ultimately, costs would skyrocket even more than they will with the whole bill.

With the “tax” basis, it makes it easier for us to make a good argument to the public on why it needs overturned. It pretty much writes itself...do you want a tax increase etc.

He’ll sign a Paul Ryan budget and repeal Obamacare. That’s all you need to know for November.

That's all I need. Short of armed revolt, that is our only chance.

The Senate will filibuster replacement. The only way to get rid of it is to have 60 Republicans or change the Senate rules. Do Republicans have the guts to overcome the roadblocks that Dems will put up? I doubt it.

Yeah, right. When are you dolts ever going to realize that voting for the lesser of two evils gives you...evil?

Sorry, that question was rhetorical. You'll never figure it out. You'll continue to vote for McCain and Romney and...the person who appointed Roberts, George Bush.

If I weren't crying, I'd laugh at you. You deserve what you're getting. I don't.
