Its a loser for the people because this was a load of crap to begin with.
It was forced on us via parlimentary trickery and a insane stretch of the commerce clause.
But that is what the left does.
Ride Unicorns over Rainbows and kiss clouds.
Aholes!

Thank you for the praise for my post.
“Romney has ONE chance to get this right. He needs to say, today, that he will repeal this monstrosity immediately — in full and without exception. Give the Congressional candidates something to run on. “
Repeal of this law is no longer enough. The Supreme Court just gave Congress unlimited power over our lives. Unless and until a future Supreme Court REVERSES THIS RULING, a simple repeal of Obamacare would still not restore our freedom.

Keep your cool and vote the socialist fools out in November. Acts of violence only play into Obamas hand.LOL!

I do not think it will be more palatable as a tax. I think we will fight back because it is a hugh tax increase.

And so it is clear why all of the challenges to Obama’s eligibility case has come to nothing. Looks like Roberts, perhaps along with others, has been the roadblock in the process.

Thusly he has sent it back to the House (even to statehouses!) transmogrifed as a tax. Are you SURE it now goes back to the House? Because if it does, then it's DEAD!!!

A special place in hell awaits Roberts. What a disappointment. On the other hand, he may have just slapped Americans hard enough to get them off the couch.

“I wish that had been the case: Kennedy voted with Scalia, Thomas and Alito to declare the entire law unconstitutional. Roberts joined the four liberals to uphold the mandate as a tax.”
IT really hurts me to say this, but John Roberts has turned out to be a traitor to the Flag, the people and the Constitution of the United States of America!!

We’ll be fighting in the streets
With our children at our feet
And the morals that they worship will be gone
And the men who spurred us on
Sit in judgement of all wrong
They decide and the shotgun sings the song
I’ll tip my hat to the new constitution
Take a bow for the new revolution
Smile and grin at the change all around
To: illinifan
We need to get fired up, get mobilized and hammer this. Removing Obama and 2010 Redux is our only hope. IMHO
I'm praying that this will fire up the FURY of the American People to mete out a heavy punishment on all Democrats in November, from the top of the ticket down to the dog catcher.
If this decision and the Az one can accomplish that, we can see this thing overturned next year.
Light 'em up and move 'em out to the polls in overwhelming numbers. Swarm them and overpower them at the polls. Vote in a massive mandate to undo what has been done. Make it so devastating for the Dems that they will be on the fringes for decades.
Commit yourself and your family NOW to work tirelessly to make November a landslide, a purge, a cleansing of the Capitol and White House, a mighty pushback and a forceful slamming on of the brakes and turning of the wheel.
Let's do it, y'all!

Afraid? The alternative, the continuing march deeper into Communism, is MUCH worse.
Bring it on.

If I read this decision correctly, we are now slaves of the federal government. For example, the federal government owns GM. GM has a vehicle called the Volt. What will stop the federal government from requiring everyone of driving age to buy the Volt? And since the federal government owns AIG, what will stop the federal government from requiring everyone to by car insurance from AIG?
I feel like a peasant in the Soviet Union.
Well, the Constitution gives us a reset button. I fear it may be time to reboot.

Sickening. Time to emmigrate. To where? Where else can we go and be free of God damn government?????
I'm sick to almost death of government in my life and see nothing letting up under the GOP. So, just where in the hell can I go? Where is Galt's Gulch?
To: Windflier
Windflier, just checking in right now. I’m going to throw up.
Roberts is a disgusting piece of slime. I’m sick.
To: sam_paine
My take on this, and maybe I am being overly optimistic, is that this at best was Obama’s Pyrrhic Victory. As another post was headlined, the Court has awoken a sleeping giant.
Now, we need to work our butts off to vote out every RAT and RINO where possible as well as doing everything we can to defeat Obama.
Then we can repeal and replace.

In other words we cant make you do anything, but we can damn sure make you wish you had. From the blog...
10:56 Amy Howe: Take a quick look at Footnote 11, which is on page 44 of the slip opinion: Those subject to the individual mandate may lawfully forgo health insurance and pay higher taxes, or buy health insurance and pay lower taxes. The only thing that they may not lawfully do is not buy health insurance and not pay the resulting tax.
