It is hard to predict when the Supreme Court releases their decisions. Last week, many FREEPERS thought they were going to release them and it never happened. If Obamacare is struck down this date will be forever marked as a day I will gladly celebrate in some fashion, honking my horn, setting off fireworks, taking a day off when possible to have a barbecue.

And I would support it to be a national holiday, a say for freedom.

A day Marxism had a giant “Kick me” posted on its back.

A day that will stick to the supporters like Pelosi like a pigeon dump on a beehive hairdo.

It will be a day when all those in offices of the Communist Party USA all have simultaneous heartburn.

Kennedy is the lynchpin here. And I just don't see him being the one to keep the libs from their coup de grace moment. He will vote For. I remember other cases the Court "would certainly" overturn. Campaign finance and Kelo come to mind. I'm in no way confident this is going to be a happy day.
