President Obama has granted an 11th-hour request by Attorney General Eric Holder to exert executive privilege over Fast and Furious documents, a last-minute maneuver that appears unlikely to head off a contempt vote against Holder by Republicans in the House.
The House Oversight and Government Reform Committee is expected to forge ahead Wednesday morning with its meeting on the contempt resolution anyway.
If the vote proceeds, Republicans have more than enough votes on committee to pass the resolution. However, Holder would not be considered held in contempt of Congress unless and until the full House approves the measure.

Even if he’s elected again, he will have to resign just like Nixon during his next term! The TRUTH always comes out. I think you’re right with your statement and was wondering if Fast and Furious really wasn’t about tracking drug lords but rather a “deal” between the drug lords to use the guns for a short period of time, thus legitimizing that theory, and then with directions on how to get them to the Muslim Brotherhood along with a substantial payoff to these same drug lords. I think Obama and Holder can hear the barking dog.

I would say this is worse than Watergate, but unlike the Watergate hearings which were shown all day on the major networks, looks like it's regular programming on all the networks!

If I understand correctly, the only way that Obama could claim it’s Ex.P. is if he is directly involved in, and/or has direct knowledge of, the documents subpoenaed.
That’s really big.
It’s long past time for a special prosecutor and then a Grand Jury.
