He told Mike Huckabee on the former Arkansas governor’s radio program Friday that he successfully sued his own state’s governor — and won — over a similar separation-of-powers issue.
“I will tell you that — I’m not without experience on this — I’m prepared to bring a suit and seek a court order to stop implementation of this policy,” King said

Now if we can just get Hannity to stop calling it Amnesty ~ which implies some sort of use of the Presidential pardoning power. We don't want that ~ this is just parole ~ already authorized by law.

Don’t know if a private suit will fly, but whatever ties up Obama for a while is a good thing.

The problem is that with Holder suing states over their voter ID laws EVEN THOUGH THE SCOTUS UPHELD VOTER ID LAWS WITH THEIR APRIL 2008 RULING, it's clear 0bama could give a rats azz about our SCOTUS and will do whatever he wants anyway.
