Try passing something the size of a watermelon though a body opening then come back and tell me women are rarely the physical equal of men.

That has nothing to do with warfare and the ability to overpower an opponent.

That wins the award as the stupidest post on the subject, in many ways.

I take it you don't know anything about Ranger school or Infantry combat.

Now if you could just get an armed sentry to hold still while you got a good grip on him with your uterus, you’d have a cogent arguement.

We’ll give you a call when that becomes the Rangers’ mission....

I’ve passed ten watermelons, but I can say with certainty that I am in no way close to being the physical equal to my husband or my teenaged sons. Maybe if they had the right opening for watermelon passing, they could do that, too. But that would make them women.

I am not saying that there are not women who can best some men. Hubby’s grandmother could outwork a lot of men I know. But she emotionally could not handle combat.

Apples and oranges.

My wife had twins, but still cringes when she sees my bloody knuckles after I have been fighting with a rusty piece of machinery.

My daughter is a pole vaulter and lives in the gym, but when when something heavy needs to be moved she gets her boyfriend (never goes to the gym) to move it.

Combat is a nasty sleep depriving grinder. It requires the ability to recuperate quickly with little to no sleep- only youth and testosterone does that.

How many female battalions have fought successfully? None, because they never existed.

Women are extremely important. They rock the cradle; which provides that emotional bond that is very much needed. They provide what men cannot do well. But they have never been able to field a fighting force.

In a pinch, a wrench can drive a nail, but a hammer will always work better.

In combat is is considered a failure if you let something be passed through your body, even something so small as a 9mm.
