While proponents of immigration enforcement have been told that the federal government monitors the hiring of illegal aliens by the private sector, including adherence to the federal employment verification (I-9) program, Attorney General Eric Holder's Justice Department appears to have made a decision to penalize organizations that zealously comply.
For example, on Thursday the Justice Department announced that it filed a civil lawsuit against the Tuscany Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada, accusing the company of engaging in "a pattern or practice of discrimination in the employment eligibility verification and re-verification process."

You are right. What happened to old fashioned common sense and good business practices?
This is the part I focused on re: a certain “zealosusness” at the Tuscany for among other things, keeping track of the expiration date of a Green Card for purpose of re-verification when that expiration date came.
I’d give that zealous employee a raise for keeping track.
Attorney General Eric Holder’s Justice Department has got to be one of the most corrupt in the history of the United States.
This is ridiculous. One more good reason why this Administration has to go in November.
The main reason dueling should be allowed.
Here’s today’s ping.
DoJ certainly can’t upset the apple cart in Dingy Harry’s backyard, now can they?
Romney needs to make a commercial out of the DOJ’s actions on this.
And they’ll sit around November the fifth and wonder ‘what did we do wrong’. Come on Obama, you cannot be so stupid!

You have to understand the subtleties of the law. Clark County is the only Nevada county won by the Senate Majority Leader in last election. Employment law must not be allowed to threaten that decisive population by attempting to exclude Senator Reid's most loyal following - the undocumented worker.
That would require a backbone. Romney reminds me of Bush 1.
There’s a *Tree* somewhere, which needs refreshing...
“Yall are funny! Actually thinking anyone in the Imperial Fed. Govt gives a rats ass about the LAW, let alone doing their job.”
Well, I’m happy as spit to bring laughter to your miserable, irrelevant life. Do you have something of relevance to add to the conversation, or are you just hoping to see your names in lights?
I posted this one, yesterday:

But this DoINJ crime today, makes my BP spike even higher, dammit!
This is disturbing. We have to get Obama out of the White House ASAP.
Obama and his DOJ = feces-flinging simians.

but I will be greatly disappointed if the next administration does not throw hussein, holder and their merry band of criminals in jail.
I agree. In addition, the next administration needs to cut off the obuma moochers from the taxpayer teat. No more food stamps, no more free rent vouchers, no more social security disability payments and no more crazy money for the kids faking DDT or whatever they call it now...
Didn’t former Gov. of Wisconsin Tommy Thompson actually start “purging” his state from the welfare plague? As I recall have gave all those sucking from the big breast of the Wisconsin tax payers, two years to get themselves off welfare? Sure would be a good start.
The bad part is that hiring illegals denies citizens that are conservatives a job. The good part is that hiring illegals denies citizens that are democrats a job.
The bad part is that hiring illegals denies citizens that are conservatives a job. The good part is that hiring illegals denies citizens that are democrats a job because they are responsible for this.
They should treat them differently because they are different but then that would put Obama in hot water.
