Elizabeth Warren faces 5 years in jail and a fine for her fake minority status, used to get jobs and tenure.
Federal law provides in 18 U.S. Code § 1001:
(a) Except as otherwise provided in this section, whoever, in any matter within the jurisdiction of the executive, legislative, or judicial branch of the Government of the United States, knowingly and willfully–
(1) falsifies, conceals, or covers up by any trick, scheme, or device a material fact;
(2) makes any materially false, fictitious, or fraudulent statement or representation; or
(3) makes or uses any false writing or document knowing the same to contain any materially false, fictitious, or fraudulent statement or entry;
shall be fined under this title, imprisoned not more than 5 years or, if the offense involves international or domestic terrorism (as defined in section 2331), imprisoned not more than 8 years, or both. If the matter relates to an offense under chapter 109A, 109B, 110, or 117, or section 1591, then the term of imprisonment imposed under this section shall be not more than 8 years.

who are not in Congress or the DNC and do not have

I presume there’s a statute of limitations on that. She got her job years ago.

I’ll have to go check the law again, but I believe there is a twist regarding racial classification. If memory serves me correctly, it is illegal for an employer or government to ask someone to ‘prove’ a minority status they list, the law allows self-identification.
Where this may work, however, is if she claimed actual tribal membership and received any benefit thereof. There is a difference between claiming minority status as a Native American and claiming membership in a specific tribe or nation.
For example, I am a member of the Pottawatomie nation and I have an identification card and letter verifying my status as a recognized Native American citizen member of that group. That is a legal membership of that nation which is a recognized entity.
That is different than just self-identifying on an application as Native-American.
She’s still claiming Injun status today.
Alas, race is specifically “what you deem yourself to be” under federal law.
You could check African American, if inclined.
I always check “Native American” and fill out “Levi” for tribe on all that crap.
I really, really, would like to see her charged, tried and convicted and imprisoned as an example. The harm her status as a Harvard Professor, bolstered by her false claim of minority, have immeasurably harmed society.
She has consistently said that capitalists have benefited by the public support given to them. I claim her achievement in the public arena was advanced by lies against the public - for public advancement by deceit and unwarranted support.
I wonder how many years Obama faces for faking that he was a Kenyan to get foreign student statuss, or faking he was an amaerican to gain president status

A civil rights issue in my book. One that transcends statutes of limitation. How is unduly claiming and profiting from dubious civil rights minority status any different from any other civil rights crime?

Candidates are told to “self-identify”, and she self-identified. “Prove that I’m not!” Who is going to
do it.
