Bruce Willis calls Republican Party nominee Mitt Romney an "embarrassment" in a new interview with Esquire magazine and says he doesn't care which side wins in November. "Yeah, Romney. He's just such a disappointment, an embarrassment," Willis told the magazine. "Chin up, hair up. He's just one of those guys, one of those guys who says he's going to change everything and he'll get in there, and they'll smile at him and introduce themselves: 'We're Congress, we make sure nothing changes,'" Willis went on. "He won't do it. He can't. Everybody wants to be Barack Obama. And what did he change?"

I will NEVER vote for mitt... I know what and who he is... and I will NEVER vote for any dim or progressive EVER... but I also do not support Bruce or any hollyweird drone speaking about things that their lifestyle and suroundings insulate them from. They need to “shut up and sing”.

Bruce Willis is correct.
Romney stinks.
Romney should pull out.
Suicide by Rino.

You speak the truth.

What is Bruce's FReeper handle?
Read. My. Tagline.
Who REALLY cares what Bruce Willis and all of the other self important liberals have to say. They produce NOTHING to our GNP and only suck money from those who actually EARN their money. I’m personally sick of what these liberals have to say.
Backstabbers is right, and now mitt and his minions here at FR plead for unity.
The ironic thing is that mitt is every bit as much a true "Diva" as the kenyan.
Well Bruce is right about Congress.
I know!
But, it doesn’t matter how much I contribute, this is still JR’s house
He is one of us.
Bruce Willis sounds like a real conservative.
I don't think The Bruce needs to worry about losing ticket money from any hand-wringing Lefties, so he can "tell us like it is" all he wants.
The entertainment Lefties, on the other hand, DO have to worry about conservatives withholding their entertainment dollars.
I don't know what Romney is because he just isn't a person I would like to know..Don't ask me why I feel that way I just don't know there is nothing there it is like bumping up against a stone wall..He seems to have no feelings
If memory serves me, there were two RINOs in the primaries, and only one of those was ever a factor in the race.
There were five conservatives and one libertarian.
If the discussions on this board were any indication, every single one of these six had something in their personality, mannerisms, beliefs, plans, or background that rendered them unacceptable to a segment of the FR population.
There was never any consensus amongst FReepers as to which of those should be the nominee, and the viciousness with which they attacked supporters of other (non-Romney) candidates was disturbing, to say the least. Just about every candidate was accused of being a stalking horse for someone else, and FReepers who were vocal in their support of their choice were slandered as “bots”.
It might be personally comforting to point the finger of blame at Romney, the GOP-E, the media, etc. but the real problem was that we had a marginal set of choices to begin with. Once the field started to thin out, the ones that remained were so involved with their own ego trips that they were never able to agree to stand aside for any of the other candidates for the good of the country.
The general voting public seemed to have the same reaction as people on this board, in spite of all those who dismiss them as being uninvolved.
I’m not a fan of Romney in any way, and for the record, I voted for Newt in the primary. But the fact remains, Romney never stopped running after the 2008 election, and you have to give him some credit for having his act together organizationally, something the others were never able to achieve.
The best example of that was the snafu in Virginia.
The Tea Party movement is a hopeful sign, but it needs to become more organized and focused to the point where it can be a force for supporting true conservative baggage-free candidates, especially at the national level, and give them the organizational backing that they would need to compete with the establishment candidates.
I never used to believe any conspiracy theories. Then Obama and his supporters cane along. Now I'm not so sure.
You sentiment jives with mine exactly, especially your tag line. Happy Memorial day!
God Bless Newt and Rick.
All I care about is NOT having Klownie the Kenyan have a 2nd term..we are all F***** if he gets a 2nd term.
” Look at the sabotage of Herman Cains candidacy. Where do you think all those broads came from? It wasnt the Democrats. Notice too that the media, including Fox, reported all those allegations without question or investigation. Why do you think that was? The media was influenced to do their utmost to make Cain look as bad as possible. That influence came from the Republican hierarchy.”
The GOPe couldn’t control him.....so they destroyed him.
