If this is conclusively proven, Governor Perry must immediately move to require all State, City, County and Town governments to realign any and all affirmative action plans, procedures, contract set-asides, etc. to reflect whites’ new minority status.

I recall when whites became official minority in Cleveland ~1999, and blacks the majority ethnic group; it was suggested by some that it was time to do away with programs supporting blacks, since they were now the majority. Bottom line, legally the term "minority" is defined by statute as black, hispanic, and American-Indian... so whites can never be eligible for "minority" programs, and likewise even if they become the majority, those races will never become ineligible. Ain't life sweet!

Then the word ‘minority’ should be officially replaced with ‘undeserving privileged person’.
