I’m sorry... Ramos is a man who was the boyfriend of this child’s babysitter. He is in a Pennsylvania prison today. The police felt he was a good suspect and dug up what was then his basement.. finding nothing. Sorry that was all confusing.
Actually, the basement didn’t belong to Ramos, but to somebody (a black man) who was a handyman for a local gay sex club and had some sort of child molesting charges against him. The police didn’t find anything in the basement.
The investigation obviously sparked this admission, though. It’s very possible that all of these guys knew each other, because child molesters seem to hang out together, either because they’ve met in prison or, nowadays, they’ve met online.
I really hope this is the guy (I think someone else confessed to it a few years ago, btw) and that the parents can finally get closure on this.
