Trayvon Martin Witness Believes 'He Intended for This Kid to Die'
ABC ^

Posted on 05/19/2012 2:36:59 AM PDT by Java4Jay

News Flash, ABC News runs new story: At 7:11 that night, Zimmerman, a member of the area's neighborhood watch, had called 911 to report a suspicious teenager. Minutes later, the police dispatcher told Zimmerman to stop follwing Martin. Moments later, Zimmerman got out of his car. That's when the two met and Martin was killed... police say could have been avoided if he did not leave his car as directed by the 911 dispatcher.

Trayvon Martin Witness Believes 'He Intended for This Kid to Die'

Well, duh. If you believe you're in danger of losing your life, you have to shoot to kill. That same witness suggested Zimmerman could have shot Trayvon "in the leg." And if he had hit the femoral artery, Trayvon would have died only a few minutes later than getting hit directly in the heart. Oh, well, in the arm? Same goes for the brachial artery. Gut shot? He could hit the aorta with the same result. And we all know if someone is wounded he will immediately sit down and stop being aggressive. Uh huh. The reason cops shoot to kill assailants who refuse to stand down is because wounded assailants can still pose a deadly threat. That's not because they are cops. That's because of the nature of the situation. The same holds for anyone else.

> The police dispatcher did NOT “tell Z to stop following Martin” and was NOT “directed to do so.”

Important point. ‘Tell Z to stop’ and ‘directed to do so’ imply that he said ‘Stop’, ‘I order you to stop’, ‘I’m telling you to stop’, ‘my instructions are to stop’ — some kind of direct command (which some persons here say would have no legal authority coming from the dispatcher anyway). What was actually said was “OK, we don’t need you to do that [keep following him].” Zimmerman did more than what the dispatcher thought was needed, yes, but that’s not the same as disobeying an order not to do it.

Though it turned out badly, the criminal act wasn’t Zimmerman trying to keep Martin in sight. It was Martin attacking Zimmerman. Of the many things that went into producing that effect at that moment, it was the most important, and in my opinion the only criminal act.

"If you don't stop beating me so I can shoot you in the leg, I'll kill you."

"Police say..." I think that is just a plain LIE.

That's when the two met and Martin was killed... police say could have been avoided if he did not leave his car as directed by the 911 dispatcher.

The dispatcher said nothing about not exiting his car. It appears that Zimmerman was already on foot and following when the dispatcher asked if he was following, heard the affirmative, and then said that they really didn't need for him to do that. It appears that is when Zimmerman lost sight of Martin, in other words, was no longer following him, and started to return to his vehicle.

She thinks the kid was running for help?!

When he got shot he was running for help?

Wouldn't he have a bullet in his back if he was running for help when he was shot?

"The kid" was shot in the chest. At close range.

Yeah, this broad needs to go on the stand as a prosecution witness. I'd love to see her eyewitness testimony ripped to shreds.

Good God, Almighty!

"So, where was Tracy Martin, why did he leave his troubled minor son at home alone, and how long was he away?"

According to the Medical Examiner's autopsy, both THC and THC-COOH* were found in Martin's blood. [ Link to 183-page PDF file of evidence ]

Having both in his blood means Martin was getting high both before AND after the last 4 hours of his life (ALL DAY).

[ *The THC is the active chemical found in marijuana which stays in the blood for only 4 hrs after smoking. THC-COOH (carboxy) is the chemical left in the blood after the THC is metabolized by the body. ]

ABC is playing only to the anti-white mob (which does include self-hating white leftists) to stack the deck in the choice of venue for the trial and the selection of the jury.

ABC is envisioning a sort of reverse OJ trial with a black/leftist venue and jury - stacked this time for a guilty (rather than innocent) verdict.

At trial, the jury will not get to hear that opinion, only the facts of what the witness saw and heard. And the basis for that opinion — that Zimmerman could have simply shot Martin in the leg — is plain idiotic given the conditions of the fight.

So a mind reader is a credible witness?

'Witness 5' says: ""If you're in self defense, shoot him in the leg. He's a 17-year-old, scrawny little kid."

Thus demonstrating that 'Witness 5' has not a single clue about what she's saying. Shooting TM in the leg is not an option if he's on top of you beating your head. I personally think that there was a struggle over the pistol, and it happened to be pointing at TM when it went off - we'll see as the evidence comes out at trial.

By the way, as to "scrawny little kid", if nothing else TM seemed to be in shape. Last I heard his stats were 6' 2", 158 lb, versus 5' 9" 170 lb GZ. That'd be a reasonable boxing matchup, stat-wise, but beyond that everything changes when one person lands an unanticipated first blow. I think it's a fair guess that 'Witness 5' knows not the first thing about unarmed combat - including that a reasonably skilled person can kill another with bare hands in well under a minute.

The full transcript of the autopsy is available here. I tried to find the original site, but all I came up with was the Huffpost link, sorry. At any rate, the autopsy is some actual hard data as opposed to the endless speculation out there. One thing I hadn't heard before is the bullet struck the right ventricle of TM's heart, so there was never any chance of his survival.

At any rate, ABC was irresponsible to write yet another slanted article about this case. Shameful.

I thought GZ was already out of the car and was out walking, following the suspicious character. That is when the dispatcher told GZ that he didn't need to do that. GZ said OK and was heading back to his car, had lost sight of TM, and that is when TM confronted GZ. Is that correct?

Correct! Zimmerman followed Martin and when the dispatcher gave her advisory "we don't need you to do that". . he broke of his pursuit and was returning to his vehicle when he was confronted by Martin WHO HAD DOUBLED BACK TO DO SO!!! In other words, had Martin just gone into his father's condo and not doubled back to confront Zimmerman THIS WOULD NOT HAVE HAPPENED!

George Zimmerman’s attacker died because he picked a fight.

In other words, she saw NOTHING and is forming an opinion after the fact

Exactly. She's nothing but a busy body. No one in their right mind would confront a guy who they think was intent on killing someone and was still hyped up on adrenaline with a gun in their hand. Like, hey T-Ray dude, can you quit smashing my head and get off me for a minute so I can aim at your leg? Yeah, she's lying just to get herself in the paper and ABC is up to their old tricks again.

If Martin thought he was being followed and felt threatened, he should have dialed 911 on the cellphone.

If he intended for Trevon to die, why did he let him use his head for a pinata first?

Dude, that evil big white hispanic planned it that way to put the blame on that poor widdle unarmed black kid.
