A professor at Brooklyn College recently published a series of articles on the official campus website in which he associated climate change skeptics with early Holocaust deniers.
"I make my 'climate change denier' claim for one reason," wrote Micha Tomkiewicz, the Director of Environmental Studies at Brooklyn College and himself a Holocaust survivor.
"It's easy today to teach students to condemn the Holocaust, but it's much more difficult to teach them how to try to prevent future genocides...I don't want my grandchildren to die in a climate change genocide that we could have helped head off," he continued. Tomkiewicz, also warned that failure to take decisive action on global warming could result in the death of "billions of people."

These “professors” and “scientists” have been found to be complete frauds, and since they have no facts or data to back up their fraud they resort to name calling and scare tactics.
Sadly, the term “Holocaust” will soon have lost all of it’s impact and historical signifance, if this overuse and misuse continues.

It is unfortunate that Tomkiewicz strongly believes pseudo science, counter productive characteristic for a college level professor.
There has been both global warming and global cooling climate change. Our climate will continue to change. But climate change on the Earth (and other planets) is caused by the Sun's fluctuating energy output and closeness to the Earth. The absolutely dominate greenhouse gas on Earth is water vapor or humidity, clouds, cloud cover, ocean temperatures and currents all impacted by the Sun's radiation. Mankind has nothing to do with climate change.
