What Democrats say Republicans believe as undeniable "How to talk To Republicans"
NJ.com ^ | May 12, 2012 | Jason Stanford

Doesn't it seem like Republicans are wrong about everything these days?

The list of demonstrable malarkey that Republicans hold to be unalienable truths is laughably long: Obama is Kenyan; Obamacare has death panels, increases the deficit, and pays for health care for illegal immigrants; Abortions give you breast cancer and cause pain in fetuses as young as 20 weeks;

Iraq had WMDs and Saddam Hussein collaborated with Al Qaeda; Tax cuts increase government revenue; Obama's stimulus created no jobs, and in fact government spending is hurting our economic recovery; If we don't raise the debt ceiling, we can simply prioritize payments and avoid disaster; We are a Christian nation whose forefathers "warned the British" about our gun rights, "worked tirelessly" to abolish slavery, debated Creationism before Charles Darwin even thought of evolution, and never intended to separate church and state; Evolution is not real, and global warming, if it's even happening, isn't our fault. To a syllable, all of this is thunderingly wrong, contradicted entirely by peer-reviewed scientific studies, as well as the vast majority of economists, historians, doctors and logic itself. But try convincing a Republican. From the think tank to the phone bank, from the church pew to the floor of Congress, the Republican Party has adopted as gospel a litany of lies that stops just short of declaring the Earth to be flat. I worry that's next.

Too many topics, but they claim Republicans are wrong on all counts. I know most are definitely true & Democrats are full of it.

It is clear in his article that he’s hiding his disdain for Republicans under the guise of a book review. I didn’t buy into that at all.

This goes to my theory that many Democrats have had their brains altered by the toxoplasmosis protozoa.

Believed to infect some 11 million Americans, in rodents the protozoa creates an enzyme that changes the secretion of dopamine in the brain. In doing so it “retrains” the brain of the rodent so that it is attracted to dangerous things that should properly frighten it, thus making it engage in self-destructive behavior such as being eaten by cats, which is vital to the protozoa’s reproductive cycle.

And rodent brains are not terribly different from human brains. So what might be happening?

People might be having their minds altered to be attracted to our national enemies, to engage in dangerous and self destructive behavior, and most of all, to want to drag other people to their destruction as well.

In other words, the protozoa may be making them liberal Democrats. Think of the laundry list of things that Democrats advocate that are very bad for people, as individuals and as a nation.

Why are Democrats enamored with totalitarian regimes that call for the destruction of America? At the same time they hate and despise that which is wholesome and beneficial, and seek to destroy it.

Many of them, even highly educated “scientists”, truly believe that Earth would be a better place if all or most humans were annihilated.

They hate our prosperous and generous nation, and want to replace it with an evil, starving police state. This is not mentally sound.

Could a protozoa to be blamed for their mentally ill behavior?

This goes to my theory that many Democrats have had their brains altered by the toxoplasmosis protozoa.

The problem with that theory is that toxoplasmosis is carried in cat feces. I have seen no evidence that liberals are more likely than conservatives to own cats; indeed, I have had several cats move into my house over the years. I believe that liberals become that way through a combination of environment and genes, and that cats are blameless in this.

Jason Stanford has drunk the DNC’s Kool-Aid. I find it incredible that anyone could completely turn off the thinking part of their brain and become a ventriloquist dummy for the DNC.

The following is addressed to the idiot leftdolt, not SMGFan:

Wow, you are ignorant. Let me explain some reality to you, leftdolt:

Obama is Kenyan;

Maybe, maybe not. His own lawyers have all but admitted his latest BC is a fake. So we don't know. We also don't know anything about his college records, employment, or any other detail of his life before he was elected. Why? He had all those records sealed. Just a little odd, no?

Obamacare has death panels,

They're not called that, but Obamacare has cost control mechansisms that are death panels in all but name.

increases the deficit,

So the latest analysis by the CBO is wrong? Controlled by Republicans? Wow, what an ignorant statement.

and pays for health care for illegal immigrants;

It does, albeit indirectly in combination with existing laws, which already mandate hospitals provide care to illegals. Another display of ignorance.

Abortions give you breast cancer

Still being studied. Evidence goes both ways. To say this is demonstrably wrong shows a lack of knowledge of the relevant research. Again, ignorance on display.

and cause pain in fetuses as young as 20 weeks;

Sonagrams have proved 20 week old unborn babies can feel pain. Your statement here isn't just wrong and ignorant, it is immoral and evil.

Iraq had WMDs

They did, at least of the chemical variety. And he used them. Ask the Kurds. Or rather the few remaining family members of the Kurds Saddam butchered with them, you ignorant leftist scum. I dare you.

and Saddam Hussein collaborated with Al Qaeda;

Unknown, but not disproved. His was working on establishing ties with terrorists, we just don't know if that included AQ

Tax cuts increase government revenue;

They do when an economy is overtaxed. Look up "Laffer Curve." Or look at federal tax revenues under Reagan. And John F Kennedy. Again, what a display of ignorance.

Obama's stimulus created no jobs,

Oh, it did, but at an astronomical cost per job, and at the price of many private sector jobs. Look at the U6 numbers, you leftists idiot. (If you know what those are, which I doubt.)

and in fact government spending is hurting our economic recovery;

It is because it is corrupt and inefficient. See Solyndra and many other examples.

If we don't raise the debt ceiling, we can simply prioritize payments and avoid disaster;

Nope, disaster is inevitable thanks to idiots like you. However, more debt will just lead to a WORSE disaster later.

We are a Christian nation whose forefathers "warned the British" about our gun rights,

Fact.

"worked tirelessly" to abolish slavery,

it was admittedly late in coming, but read up on the Civil War. Spineless scum such as you wouldn't have lasted 1 day.

debated Creationism before Charles Darwin even thought of evolution,

Hyperbole. They did debate the nature of Creation. A lot.

and never intended to separate church and state;

Not in they way you mean, dolt. They wanted to prevent State establishment of a religion as a tool of government akin to the Church of England. They did not mean to mandate atheism, which is how leftdolts such as you interpret "separation of church and state."

Evolution is not real,

Micro-evolution within species is real. No instance of macro-evolution between species has been verified or demonstrated, and for reasons WAY over your head (e.g., information content of DNA and lethality of minor mutations within a species, for starters), is VERY unlikely.

and global warming, if it's even happening, isn't our fault.

Get back to me on this when you can cogently explain the absorption spectra of CO2. Hint: it's narrow and saturated for infrared radiation (that's science speak for radiative heat).

So, total count: Almost everything you said was demonstrably false or hyperbole. Dolt.

PS I don't drop this card often, but I have three degrees including a graduate level degree in Engineering with a focus on quantum mechanics and one NOT in science. And my IQ can't be measured on a standard test. So I am not some ignorant redneck. You, however, are a true example of ignorant stupidity.

Maybe conservatives are those with an inherrent immunity? Toxoplamsosis is incredibly prevalent even among non-cat owners. One of my nephews had it, and it definitely affected his thinking before they killed it off...

So? Did you go to Harvard? Were you editor of the law review? If not, you're not nearly as smart as Barack Obama. No one is as smart as Barack Obama. If you were so smart, you'd be Barack Obama. So there! Nyah nyah nyah!

While cat feces is one source, rodent dropping in undercooked meat or vegetables is also a common source.

As an aside, the country with the biggest per capita infection rate of toxoplasmosis protozoa is France.

Actually all they wanted to do by the 1st Amendment was to take the question out of the federal jurisdiction; the individual states were free to do as they pleased. That is why it is the only amendment that states: "CONGRESS shall make no law…" Many of the states had established churches for a number of years following the ratification of the Constitution. Connecticut did not disestablish the Congregational Church until 1818 and Massachusetts did not stop requiring church membership until 1833.

Obama is Kenyan....

Well, if my father came from Sicily and was named Guiseppe di Romanni, and I was named Guiseppe Di Romanni Junior, would it be wrong to call me Italian?

Or do I have to be a dumbass democrat to ignore what's right before my eyes?

Seriously, the whole article is nothing but a mindless rant, a baseless partisan bleating of a empty-headed sheep. The book he quotes is a fairy tale made for liberals to pat themselves on the back and feel good about themselves at half their countrymen's expense.
