Thanks, I’ve been juicing for almost a year now, and love it, never want to stop, but haven’t gotten the weightloss results because I didn’t go through the fast. Which I guess I need to do, eh.
p.s. that movie changed my life.
I can’t do the juice fast for more than about 1 meal, but I am thinking long-term. I once made almost 20 hrs, but I’d need more time for a longer duration. I do skip meals, like lunch or super and just juice, down 6 lbs and that’s great for during a school year. I started out with carrots, celery, ginger root and apple, but budget(time and money) now I cut down to celery, cucumber, jalapeno; except on week-ends I try different things.
