I can’t do the juice fast for more than about 1 meal, but I am thinking long-term. I once made almost 20 hrs, but I’d need more time for a longer duration. I do skip meals, like lunch or super and just juice, down 6 lbs and that’s great for during a school year. I started out with carrots, celery, ginger root and apple, but budget(time and money) now I cut down to celery, cucumber, jalapeno; except on week-ends I try different things.
See, that’s me too. I have a couple of mugs a day - 32 oz mugs but they have ice in them - and that’s about all I want to contemplate of the mean green for the day. Actually mine is mean pus-colored, because I put beets off in there and that’s what it comes out looking like. Tastes great though! Tastes Great Less Filling Tastes Great.
