The Rasmussen Reports daily Presidential Tracking Poll for Friday shows Mitt Romney earning 50% of the vote and President Obama attracting 43% support. Four percent (4%) would vote for a third party candidate, while another three percent (3%) are undecided.

This is the first time Romney has reached the 50% level of support and is his largest lead ever over the president. It comes a week after a disappointing jobs report that raised new questions about the state of the economy. See tracking history.
Thirty-seven percent (37%) give the president good or excellent marks for his handling of the economy. Forty-eight percent (48%) say hes doing a poor job. Consumer confidence has slipped four points since last weeks government report on job creation and unemployment. The number who believe their personal finances are getting better slipped from 30% a week ago to 28% today. The number who fear their finances are getting worse increased from 43% before the jobs report to 47% today.

Romney or anyone else will stomp Obama. Obama is going to lose and lose so big that no amount of election fraud will help him.
A B O
TIME TO OUST THESE COMMUNIST FREAKS!!!!
The Gay Marriage issue should be promoted as part of a pattern that Obama can be bought.
Who is Jonathan Lewis (son of Peter Lewis, Progressive Insurance mogul) for a thousand, Alex!
I doubt if any of these geniuses can even spell "economy." I am certain that they could not offer a cogent rationale for giving him a good or excellent grade, other than "Obama is awesome."
Wait till the gay marriage endorsement factor kicks in. Remulak’s lead will grow to double digits.
Yeah, hmmm. Sucks big time for dear reader - but as San Fran Nan said(pp) : any election losses are worth it compared to the honor bestowed upon principled, no compromise rulers making such historic decisions.
And wouldn’t it be funny if it turned out the onerous Romney was not the nominee?
It’s important to note now who is on the “inevitability” bandwagon. Mostly people who have always been onerous Romney supporters.
I think that Romney is shooting himself in the foot on the gay marriage and gay adoption issues. Why in the world is the man in the Republican party?
I'm certain that they could. It would be, "because my government checks keep rolling in."
Never underestimate these villains.
Work hard for Romney, WORK HARD FOR CONSERVATIVE CANDIDATES FOR LOCAL OFFICE AND CONGRESS.
AND PRAY - A LOT!!!!!!!!!!!!
America needs Prayer now more than ever!!
Dems send out emergency memo:
We need pix of Romney running with scissors!!!!!
What you say is very true as many of his supporters do not even have a rudimentary understanding about what economics is. I have a MBA and economics was one of my concentrations and I just rip into these people with Econ 101 and explain to them how Obozo’s policies fly in the face of sound economics. When I am done with they are flabbergasted as they are exposed as to how ignorant they are.
A republican needs a 10 point lead to overcome fraud.
I would like to see a 30 point lead over Obama in order to put the house and senate in full play. (iow the only issue is how much will democrats be deomolished)
Keep it up. You are doing the Lord’s work.
Obama needed money and homosexual big money doners were refusing to give unless he went all out to promote homosexuals.
The lead should be four times that. Obumbles is the WORST occupant of the Oval Office since Buchanan. And more divisive.
You are right about that. The takers among us immediately translate “Is Obama doing a good job on the economy?” to “Is Obama doing a good job for me, personally?”
