Here is a woman who from all appearances has dedicated her life to the Marine Corps. The fact that her appearance is "mannish" means exactly what?? That she acted offensively to some other officer - fine - she deserves her punishment.

"Feeling threatened" is not the only reason for filing a "sexual harassment" complaint. Unprofessional conduct of a sexual nature which is corrosive to an effective workplace environment, corrosive to unit morale or seriously offensive to one or more individuals is grounds for such a complaint.
