The great grandfather of Philip Caryl Jessup, Jr. was Henry Harris Jessup (1832–1910) founder of the American University in Beirut, and who's first wife Caroline Bush died in Alexandria, Egytpt. At one time, it was said that Stanley Ann's school uniform, in the picture where she's sitting on the couch arm with Stanley Armor and Madelyn seated on the couch, had an insignia from a Lebanese school on it. Has this been confirmed?

(I try to keep up, but I can't recall reading if this was ever confirmed or not.)
