At our winetasting this past week, I was introduced to an Argentine white wine called "New Age". The Argentines drink it with crushed ice and a slice of lime. It's perfect for our warm evenings.

But I suspect you need something closer to 100 proof.

Sidenote: When Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young covered this song it became one of their biggest hits and the anthem of the Woodstock nation. Joni performed it in front of a crowd surpassing Woodstock, over 600,000 at England's The Isle Of Wight Festival in 1970.
